Does this product act as a fat burner or is it just a high caffeine pre workout?

Supposed to be but not its nothing but sugar water I'm a fairly chubby guy an bought for same reason help burn off but no buzz or nothing I left a review somewhere saying same, I ate healthy trained mon to Friday an this didn't do Jack so ignore all positive comments find my review, grenade tablets are good but have to maintain healthy eating and exercise and drink lots off water
