Sorts out my leg cramp
I take this most nights to prevent leg and get cramps which it does. I can’t say it improves my sleep though which would be highly beneficial.

Excellent Magnesium Supplement for Muscle Relief and Better Sleep
I've been taking Royal Oak Health's Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules for a few weeks now, and I'm really pleased with the results.
