This slant board is wonderful! :) I use it first thing in the morning as I stand to say my morning prayers. The back of my calves are very stiff every morning. I stand on it for about 20 to 30 minutes and it gives me relief, enabling me to start my day easier. My daughter has been using this for around five yrs and is now able to squat all the way down on her haunches. This really works! And it is light weight and reasonable.

I use these wedges for: Goddess squats Seated forward fold posture alignment Meditation: helps with posture alignment Wheel: The only negative, they will slide if you don't place them against a wall for support. They do offer various angles for working into wheel. Forearm stand: perfect width for my shoulders. Sitting at the computer: My wife and I use a wedge to aid in proper posture while sitting in front of a computer. I like the wedges so much I purchased a few sets for my yoga studio! A must for the prop bin!

Good price and nice size

Each wedge is generously sized and light weight which make them easy to stretch on. The foam is dense but not rigid. I am nervous as the thin edge will tear quite easily as it's already bent. I ended up getting ATX Strength Mini Squat Ramps sold on Amazon - these are a lot more compact so may not be for everyone but quite sturdy. Other options - these are not identical to this product so depends on what you need it for -OPTP performance wedges (Think these work better for legs than wrists) - Wedge Effect workout equipment - Yoga Foam Wedge Blocks

I've been using these foam wedges for heel-elevated squats and they've been fantastic. I have very poor ankle flexibility and have previously used squat shoes but these wedges do a much better job. They also work perfectly for calf raises. The material is durable and comfortable, with a large surface area that makes me feel secure during the exercises. Plus, they're a fraction of the cost of the slant boards I initially considered, delivering the same results for my needs.
