So since going through breast cancer for the last two years I've gotten a lot more serious about the fuel I put inside my body. No more alcohol, no smokes, and moderation when it comes to unnecessary things like processed sugar and refined seed oils. If i dont have access to fresh, whole foods - like grapes, apples, or bananas - I go for these little treats because they are low in sugar and have a good amount of fiber. I'm not on the recent protein bandwagon the industry is currently pushing, so I tend to avoid those kind of snacksas well. You can gert plenty of protein from nuts and canned meats, eggs, and other sources that are less processed. So fiber is where I make this allowance and have become a pantry staple. I should probably mention that they are only 70 calories and taste likecl cookie batter, or if you've ever had one of those slightly undercooked cookies from Subway ifykyk. Tl;DR highly recommend 👌

I love this product. It’s a great source of fiber and tastes good. I would not order from Amazon though, because both times I purchased them they were delivered in plastic bags and the product box is soft. The box and fiber one bars were completely smashed. I don’t believe it’s the seller’s fault, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

It is a bit dry. I can see myself eating it once a couple of days. The taste is good though so. Eat it with water.

This was a good snack, just the right size for a treat.

The taste on these is very good with few calories and low sugar.

Taste not so awful when heated , I'm pleased with the low sugar, although some tasty ingredients are needed.

I love fiber one snacks. They’ve got a decent amount of fiber — typically around 20-25% of your daily recommended intake, taste good, affordable — usually around 50 cents a piece, low calorie and delicious! I’ve always boughten their brownie flavor but decided to try their chocolate chip because it was on sale and it’s now my favorite flavor! They’re so soft just like their brownies but they taste so delicious. It’s not exactly like a home baked cookie of course but the flavor is similar to a lot of store bought cookies. A nice treat if you’re on a diet or just need some more fiber.
