Disappointed with the quality and service
It hasn’t even been a year since I bought this mobile, and I started facing serious issues. The phone suddenly began switching off on its own. I visited the service center, where they checked the device, did some temporary fix, and returned it to me. However, within half a day, the same issue occurred again. I went back to the service center, and this time they said there is a motherboard issue. Even after 20 days, the problem is still not resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially for a phone that is not even one year old. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the product reliability and the after-sales support.

Buggy and not value for money
I have been using this phone since November 2024 and it's been 7 months now. There are various issues that I have came across : 1) Folder flickers : A weird issue that I came across is that, very often (80% of the times), when I try to open any apps folder in the app drawer by tapping it, it opens and immediately closes again instantly and this keeps on happening and I have to scroll the drawer up or down a bit and then tap again ...maybe an OS issue. 2) Network issue : I have tried reinserting my sim card several times but this issue persists that the network connectivity is poor only for this device (it works on other devices very well). Sometimes the call gets cut automatically, sometimes you can't dial etc etc...you.have to keep tampering with the mobile data and wifi by turning them off or on and try various combinations before it works again. This again might seem like a small issue but hampers the experience a lot. 3) Wifi and hotspot : You can't turn on the WiFi and the hotspot at the same time which might be a problem for some. It is definitely for me. Maybe it's a feature that is not in this phone but still couldn't have known it without using. Pros : The battery life is good, camera is decent no major quality drops since the purchase, Doesn't feel laggy,
