Zinus 8 Inch Short Queen Ultima RV Memory Foam Mattress, Medium Firm Feel

My husband and I both have bad backs. Our problems are not the same and we both like this mattress. I'm not going to exaggerate and say it's like sleeping on a cloud or all of our problems while sleeping are gone! They aren't gone for me. My arms still hurt and then my fingers get numb and tingly or my hips will still ache causing pain all the way to my knees and sometimes ankles. I will say that I don't have to drag myself out of bed anymore. My lower back is not crippling me after being in bed all night. The bed is just firm enough to keep you from sinking into it. For me the mattresses you sink into are awesome when you first get in, but then I can barely turn over and my lower back feels like it is swayed when I'm on my stomach. OUCH! This mattress isn't too firm though. I don't feel like I'm sleeping on a covered rock. I noticed in some reviews people thought the mattress had a smell at first. My husband unpacked the mattress as soon as we got it. I was thinking, "My queen size mattress is in THAT box?" I knew how they were shipped, but seeing it in that box was crazy! He got it out and opened it up, so it could puff back up, and left it for a few hours before looking at it again. It didn't take much time for it to reach it's full thickness. We slept on it that night with no smell of any kind whatsoever. We both are satisfied with our purchase. We never expected it to take away all of our back problems. It's a mattress, not a miracle. Our expectations were met and we sleep as comfortable as possible considering. My advice to you is not to think any memory foam mattress will solve all of your sleep issues. I am totally happy that it made my night, and then my morning, more comfortable than I've been in years. I still have some problems, but they have been lessened by sleeping on a great memory foam mattress. Would I suggest this brand of memory foam mattress to family and friends? Absolutely. The price is comparable, or better, than other brands and it came within a few days of ordering. It's been a month now and we have no complaints. If you are looking for a great memory foam mattress, and don't want to use all of your savings to purchase it, then this is THE ONE! Good service, good quality, good price, good night's sleep. What more could you ask for?

If i could rate this higher than 5 stars, I would! I purchased this a little over a year ago for my RV. We did not use the RV until a few weeks ago. I was hoping it would live up to other reviews I had read at the time of purchase because obviously, the return window has closed. My husband and I agree that we had the best sleep we've had in a long time! Two blissful weeks with no aches or pains. No waking up to reposition during the night. This mattress is AMAZING! I cannot emphasize how great this mattress is. If you've been sleeping on the mattress that came with your RV, you need to bite the bullet and purchase this mattress. You will not regret it!

We have been sleeping on this mattress for the past 6 months and love it. It expanded in a timely manner with no odors. The firmness of "medium" is about correct as far as my husband and I are concerned. I like a softer mattress, but have no problems sleeping on this one. Great value for the price.

I’m not sure yet. Seems to be comfortable but have not slept overnight on it. It’s pretty firm but does conform to your body. My concern was rolling towards my husband as he’s much bigger than me. No need to worry. pretty steady. We bought it for our RV. perfect fit though it feels like it gets taller each time we go in camper. You definitely do not want to put it on top of anything.

Mattress is firm, I'm very satisfied with everything about it. You will not sink into it but it contours to your body. Was hard to find a firm Mattress in a short queen for my travel trailer and was a great price , perfect fit.

This is an awesome mattress and much better than the factory one. This feels more like our bedroom memory foam mattress and it’s very comfortable. Not too firm, not too soft. No weird odors either. I was worried it would be too thick or not the correct size, but it fits perfectly. Still room for bedding without hitting the front window.

As good as it gets for an 8” mattress. In retrospect I should have gone for a 10” since I’m a side sleeper, but this is 1000% better than the stock fiber filled RV mattress. It puffed up quickly, had no odor, and looks well made.

This is a very comfortable mattress. The short queen mattress we purchased is a great width but you might find it a little short if you are over 6 feet tall. We use this in our RV trailer and slept very well. Just one caution … this mattress turns rock hard when cold so if you are driving from a cold climate to somewhere warm, you might need to turn your RV furnace on a while before you sleep in at the first night. 😀
