Great Record Player for Anyone Getting Into Vinyl
I’ve been getting into collecting vinyl over the past year, and I’m really happy with the Victrola Eastwood II. It was easy to set up, looks beautiful in my living room, and has been a really fun way to slow down and enjoy listening to music. One thing I really like is that it comes with an Audio-Technica cartridge. I’m definitely not a vinyl expert, but I learned that’s the part that reads your records. A lot of the albums I play were passed down from my parents, so it gives me peace of mind knowing they’re being treated with care while I enjoy them. The sound has been great for everyday listening, and I love that it has a clean, mid-century modern look instead of looking bulky or outdated. It fits right in with my home. If you’re looking for a record player that’s easy to use, looks great, and feels like a nice step into the vinyl hobby, I’d definitely recommend this one.

Could use better sound quality but good
Works. I wish the built in speaker was more powerful but other than that it’s good

Great product. Nice set up and is easy to use and set up.
Bought for my grandson a year ago. He loves it because it does everything. Bluetooth, vinyls, and durable for all ages. Still using with no issues. It was easy to set up and to use with other electronics. Overall very pleased with product, sound and what it offered for entertainment.

DO NOT BUY – Poor Product Quality and Exhausting Customer Support
I purchased the Victrola Eastwood II in late November. It worked for about three months before it simply stopped working altogether. What followed has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have ever had. Victrola's support team put me through a lengthy troubleshooting process asking multiple videos, multiple photos, more videos — and ultimately convinced me to purchase a new power cable at my own expense. The new cable arrived and the turntable still didn't work. The problem was never the cable. It was the device. I was out money for an accessory I never needed. They eventually agreed to send a replacement unit. The replacement arrived with a different but equally serious problem: the 78 RPM speed is noticeably off, making every record sound sluggish and out of tempo. When I reported this, instead of taking responsibility, they suggested I tape weight to the tonearm and toggle the Auto Stop switch. That is not a solution, that is a company stalling! Two defective units. Money spent on a cable that was never the issue. Weeks of back-and-forth with a support team that is neither empathetic nor effective. I am now seeking a full refund and will not be purchasing Victrola products again. Save yourself the time and frustration, look elsewhere.

Great beginner turntable with cool features
I’ve been using the Victrola Eastwood II for a little while now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. As a first record player, it’s super easy to set up—literally just plug it in and go. The design is really nice and looks great on my shelf, definitely more stylish than I expected at this price. One of the best features is the Bluetooth. I love that I can play music from my phone or stream vinyl to my Bluetooth speaker—it’s super convenient and works well. The built-in speakers are decent for casual listening, though I mostly use an external speaker for better sound. The tonearm feels a bit light, and I’ve noticed a couple of small playback inconsistencies, but nothing major that ruins the experience. I haven’t noticed any skips either. Overall, this is a great starter turntable. If you’re just getting into vinyl and want something affordable, easy to use, and feature-packed, the Eastwood II is a solid pick. I’m happy with it and would recommend it to other beginners.

Best Value for Price
I’m happy overall with my choice of record player within my budget. Good value for what you get. HOWEVER, the needle lock broke off as soon as my bf touched it. That was a little annoying, considering it’s his anniversary gift. But it’s kind of an unnecessary piece, so it’s okay. Good sound quality (as good as you’ll get for this price range) and the size is good and compact. Easy set up.

Disappointed and Frustrated with This Record Player!
I am extremely frustrated with the record player I purchased. It worked fine for one week before the needle broke. I thought, “Okay, these things happen,” so I ordered three replacement needles. None of them work! This is unacceptable for a product that should have basic quality and longevity. What’s worse is that there seems to be no solution in sight, I’m trying to see whom I should talk with and there’s no contact info!!! Either the player is poorly designed, or the replacement needles are defective. Either way, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and it’s clear that the quality control is lacking. I expect you to resolve this issue immediately—either fix this or refund my money. I didn’t pay to have a faulty product and waste my time on replacements that don’t work.

Great first record player
It's our first record player, but we're loving it. Easy to setup and great sound quality for the price with old and new vinyls.
