I’ve had low back pain for many years with tight glutes and degenerative discs to blame. As soon as it arrived I had a go and within 10 mins I was pain free. No more expensive sport massages. Let’s see if I can get my socks on ok in the morning without the moaning and groans !

Updated. I ended up sending this back. Customer service was poor. They wouldn’t help me with advice on the technical fault because it was bought from Amazon. Even though it was their store on Amazon. Think there is a slight bug in that the massage gun should change to orange if there’s a bit too much pressure and then red when too much pressure. However on mine, when it goes to orange or red once I remove it from my body it remains the same colour rather than going back to blue. I have to switch on and off a few times for it to then work. But then I know I’m applying too much pressure an it remains the colour blue. Videos shows this. So I don’t believe that the pressure gauge works great. Heat and cold sections are good. Lower cake is a slow charger. I used a different one and it charged much quicker. Not been using it for long enough to say whether it’s helped with my muscles. But it feels good!

Firstly let me say it's well built and works fine " but it's so dangerous to use with the heater on it , I used it on my legs for 3 days after my workout but on the fourth day I couldn't walk , it's mangled my legs , everything is tight sore and I've been affected by this for 4 months so far , the first month I was so much pain I couldn't sleep. My legs were fine before but it's done a real number on me , I had to have strong painkillers and still today 5 months on I'm getting slowly , slowly better but . Please be warned it's dangerous. I'll Never use it again . I can't explain how bad it's been 😞

J’ai commandé cet appareil pour m’aider à traiter des douleurs insupportables de contractions musculaires au bas du dos. Après 3 séances alternées avec la boule et l’outil chauffant, ces douleurs ont pratiquement disparues et j’ai retrouvé une excellente mobilité. Mon épouse va à présent continuer ces massages réguliers pour entretenir ce bénéfice.

Ich hab lange mit mir gehadert ob uns so eine Massagepistole etwas bringt, aber ich muss gestehen: Es isr super. Man kann die Intensität verstellen und es gibt verschiedene Aufsätze für verschiedene Regionen. Anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber irgendwann super gut und ohne viel Kraft. Man braucht aber eine zweite Person die einen damit massiert.
