So far so great. I wanted an air purifier, heard good things about this one, and there was a good deal on it, so I clicked "Buy". And I'm glad I did. It is excellent! The setup was easy. as are the controls. The really is fresher and the charcoal filter does a great job at odor removal, including cat. I haven't bothered with the aromatherapy - maybe in dreary winter. For the most part, I keep it on Auto which is so quiet, that I completely forget it's on. As you can tell, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Okay not gonna lie I was a skeptic. When I turned it on the first time the number it showed was an 8. Which is almost close to perfect air quality. I’ve been running it every single day and it seems to work fine but I wasn’t sure how good it actually cleans the air. Well I just cooked and an olive oil smell was in my kitchen and it had created smoke. I looked at the air purifier and it was working hard and the number was up to 132!!!! I now have it running at three speed and it’s cleaning our air so fast! I’m a believer in the Mooka air purifier and will be buying a second one for my upstairs!! Love this thing and highly recommend!!! It’s also super quiet and easy to change and clean filters. 10/10

When my elderly cat (18 this summer! Cat tax included in review) was diagnosed with asthma, it meant that all three of us who live in my apartment (my husband and I plus cat) all have some sort of allergy or respiratory issues from different things. I've always had allergies to things like dust and pollen, and my husband had recently developed a cough and post nasal drip that the doctor could find no particular cause of. I happened to be browsing on Prime Day after looking into air purifiers and got this one for a very affordable 60 bucks. The reviews said it worked great just out of the package and setup was easy, and they were right. No assembly, nothing to fuss with. Just remove the plastic from the filter, pop it back in and plug it in. The difference was noticeable very quickly. Husband has basically stopped coughing and his post nasal drip has reduced significantly. I also noticed he isn't snoring anywhere near as loudly as he was before. My own allergy symptoms have alleviated; my sinuses used to feel stuffy which made it harder to fall asleep, but that's basically solved. My own post nasal drip has also noticeably improved. Even my cat's asthma noises have improved. I'm sort of shocked to encounter a product that actually noticeably solves a problem. Shortly after buying it, I had a small fire in my oven. Everything was okay, but the smoke was obviously a problem. I decided to put the air purifier on the counter to see what the number went up to- 130! But about an hour later, the number on the panel read about 10 or 12, and the normal range for my apartment is between 5-17. It has a sleep setting, but we keep it on 1 during the night because it's so quiet. I like to keep it on 2 during the day because it's still just light background humming. One thing I thought was nice is that there's a QR code on the side of it to link you to the correct filters to buy when you need to replace them. However, out of all the things that could actually use an app, it doesn't have one. It could be nice to have a really simple one that records the PM number so you could have an idea of the air quality patterns in your home. At the same time, it's refreshing that it doesn't have one lol My apartment is 1,300 square feet so technically this little guy should be making some difference on the whole thing, but it might be better to have it in a more central location for that; I like it in the bedroom though, since it's made such a difference in our symptoms that were impacting our sleep, and my cat mostly stays in the bedroom so it just makes sense for us. 10/10, really happy with it!

I like this air purifier. I wish I would have bought a larger one. I am a bit worried how long the filter will last. Replacement filters are expensive. But in bulk to keep costs down.

I thought this was supposed to be one of those air purifiers that also sucks in the fur but I was wrong. Regardless of that this product is excellent for my 5 pet home. I usually vacuum out the filter every week and it keeps my air a lot fresher than it was without. On the lowest setting you can barely hear this thing and on the highest it is a bit louder but not too annoying. This is even great for getting rid of the occasional cooking smoke. If you have it on auto it will automatically detect the air quality has changed and speeds up to clear up any smoke.

I purchased this air purifier because of some health problems. Last year in October I had a serious health problem that put me in the hospital for a while. The doctors found out that my immune system was very low because of another medication I was taking for something else. My immune system being low has caused many health problems for me, including my allergies being much worse than regularly. My doctor suggested an air purifier and I shopped around for one for a couple of months. I decided on this one as it seemed to fit my knee the best. I had it for approximately a week when I decided to purchase another one exactly like this one. I live on a cement road and a lot of small trucks go up and down the road including many cars. It’s not that busy but all of those cars and trucks send dust into my living room. Just two days after I first turned this air purifier on the dust that was already settled on my TV stand was noticeably less. And this is absolutely true. I actually noticed it. So I dusted that table while everything in the living room. Then I watched to see how much dust would gather. To my pleasant surprise it’s so much less than what it was still a little bit of dust, but nothing compared to before I started using this air purifier. A couple of days after I purchased the second one I started shopping for more filters. I’m that person that likes to have it on hand when I need it so I purchased a package with four filters two for each air purifier. Part of the reason that I purchased them then is because the exact ones that I needed I found at a price much less than the other ones that were advertised. I can’t say enough good about this air purifier. It’s small enough to sit on a table or to sit in a floor and not be in the way. It keeps the air noticeably cleaner and cuts down on all smells. No one‘s ever said my house smell smells, but I’m very conscious of keeping the air smelling good. An added plus with this air purifier is it has a little area on the top that you can use essential oils to freshen the air even more. I’m totally sold on this air purifier and I would suggest for anyone that wants the air in their home to be pure and clean. Especially those with allergies or immune deficiencies and it goes without saying that anyone with children needs this. It’s also got a child safety lock on it so if you have children, they cannot turn it off or on and there’s no moving parts on the outside that would harm anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Actually Gets Rid of Smoke Odor I bought this because my boyfriend smokes THC, and somehow the smell was making its way out of our bedroom and into my son’s clothes. He’s young and goes to school, so having him show up smelling like smoke was obviously a HUGE problem. This air purifier has made a noticeable difference. My boyfriend smokes in our bedroom with the door closed and the window open, and we leave the purifier running all the time. As soon as he starts smoking, you can actually hear it kick into a higher gear like it knows it has work to do. 😂 Most importantly, my son’s clothes no longer smell like smoke. That alone makes this worth it for me. We also have several dogs, and I’ve noticed the house just smells fresher overall. If you’re dealing with smoke, pets, or both, this thing WORKS. Very happy with it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this based on low watt use. I also have a similar Levoit model 100S which has an internet function, but I do not use that function and prefer to keep them running 24/7 except in rooms with outside airflow during the day. This one has lower watts on the second highest setting at only 9-11 watts. Levoit 100S is closer to 14-15 on that setting but seems to have slightly stronger air flow. Neither one is very useful on lower settings than the highest 2, in my view. The highest setting requires abt 21 watts for this one and 29-34 for Levoit (watt use seems to vary by filter choice on Levoit). Once again, Levoit 100S has slightly more air flow on the highest setting, as well. One reason for the higher watts on Levoit may be its wi-fi, not sure, or maybe the motor is a tad larger, I don't know. I do not like the filters on either one as I am not a fan of a carbon filters anyway. On my old models I always discarded them. I think I discovered why they have them attached and glued on on this and the Levoit and that is that the type of filters they use seem to have an odd odor without the carbon filter after I cut them off. Thus, I simply buy the second highest merv filtrete filters in the largest size and cut them to fit, using some of the extra material to make my own prefilter, and it works well. The highest merv filtrate filter (black) also has an odd odor. I can make 2 out of one 20X30 filtrete filter with enough material left over to make pre-filters. If you choose to do this, you will need to wear gloves to protect yourself as you cut through the wire. The filtrete whole house filter I use is not a hepa filter either so simply check to see if it will remove what you need to remove from the air. Both models are noisy-ish on the highest setting only, with the Levoit being just bit quieter and less annoying. The larger Levoit 200S is the least noisy of all on the highest setting, but once again, you will be using about 34 watts. That does not sound like much, and is far-far better than you got on older machines, but when you leave something on 24/7 it adds up. Second highest setting (3) being the most useable setting for these smaller models, the smaller models are best for small - medium rooms. This one is simply less expensive, but has no wi-fi and Levoit is quieter on high, so it depends on what you are looking for. I am looking for low watts and 9-11 watts on level 3 on this one can't be beat and this has a lower price and so, this is a good one for me, since I could care less about using an app to control it. Both have rectangular filter compartments as well, so it is easy to do cut to fit with other filters, as well. By reading other reviews, it seems that others do not mind the filters that come with this or Levoit and like them. It seems to be only me since I have never liked a carbon filter and find them irritating. I debated giving it a 5 because it is loud high and the filters are not what I typically like, but regardless, it is one I prefer for my purposes and you can't beat the low watts.

I have this in my living room. There is a slight hum on low which gets louder on higher speeds. I have it on auto so unless there is a lot of pollution it stays on low. Very effective for clean air and keeps the dust down. Not expensive to run so all good.

Small but quite efficient. Sleep mode is almost inaudible, but still produces a steady stream of filtered air. The controls are easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow. It's a neat looking machine, and good value.

Brilliant bit of kit. Two smokers in a small flat so it has its work cut out but it does try very hard and certainly makes a difference, been quite a godsend in these heatwaves too. Very happy with purchase, scan the QR code on the box for replacement filters...easy as pie

Its a great air purifier but I give it 4 stars as the scent section does not work when putting aromatherapy oils inside as no smell comes out
