Bromelain 500 mg, Zinc & Vitamin C for Bruises & Swelling, 14-Day

This has worked very well for bruises that I have gotten. I originally got this for a outpatient surgery that created a very large bruise that would have taken my body easily over a month to heal but it healed my bruise in a week. It has been equally quick to heal any bruises that my clumsy self has inflicted upon myself though I like to use it for major bruises. The pills are on the larger side so I'd just keep that in mind. There is no odor or taste to the pills so there are no aversions there. I definitely recommend this to people with large bruises or just bruise very easily.

Wow. I can’t say enough great things about this product. It actually works. I typically bruise and swell any time I get Botox or filler. Sometimes more than others and I have just sort of accepted this fate for what it is. I decided to buy this product and try it before my recent lip filler. I started taking it one whole day prior to my appointment. 2 pills 2x a day AM & PM. And wow. I can’t believe it. Zero bruising. Zero swelling. I am absolutely amazed. Usually it takes about 2 weeks for me to feel confident about filler because of the bruising and swelling and I’m on day 4 and have been feeling wonderful. I think this is a really amazing product to use for a specific appointment or surgery or large bruise you need to fade fast but not very cost effective for the people in the comments who are looking for an every day product. 10/10. Will be using before all my cosmetic appointments going forward.

After reading the reviews I figured I'd give this a try, figuring that if it worked at all it would be worth it. I started taking this three days before my blepharoplasty (upper and lower) and had almost no bruising whatsoever and only light swelling. My surgeon was amazed when I went to my one-week follow-up appointment. He kept saying, "This is really impressive. It's extremely rare for there to be so little bruising." If you have surgery scheduled and would like a little less downtime, get this.

I bruise so much every time I get cosmetic injections. I tried taking these a few days in advance to prevent bruising and it did not seem to help at all. My face was quite bruised so I continued taking after my injections. The bruises healed insanely fast! I went from having huge, dark purple bruises to absolutely NO visible bruising in about 4-5 days. No greenish-yellow phase- just absolutely gone!! I was completely amazed. I don't generally write product reviews but this was worth a mention.

If you are anything like me, you will have a hard time getting these down your throat. I struggle with big pills and usually break them, but these are powdered in a capsule so you can’t do anything but suck it up and try to swallow them a few times. Additionally, the daily dose is FOUR pills! Have fun :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had dental work that involved having teeth pulled and bone grafts placed which resulted in MASSIVE bruising and swelling to my face. This stuff helped make it much more manageable by helping the swelling and resolving the bruising faster than I’ve seen in the past without it. Definitely give it a shot! First photo is right before the bruising really developed under my eye and second photo is after the bruising developed but 2 days into taking this. The swelling went down drastically and the bruising on my cheek improved a lot too. About 5 days into taking it, most of the bruising was gone.

First of all we were surprised at the number of pills in the bottle, only had 12! There is no mention of the number of pills on the front of the bottle, only to find on the facts label statingy 7 serving in the bottle. Apparently we were shorted. Treament for my husbands surgery required a longer treament plan so this was too costly. I've used other combos wtih Bromelain and Anrica that were just as effective, but make sure you are aware of the number of Bromelain GDU's (1500- 2400) you are taking to promote healing.

I can’t believe that this really worked. I know Arica and Bromaline are really good for swelling . I had a plastic surgeon advised me to take it before surgery but the one I took a long time ago didn’t do anything for me. I just got my fourth IPL treatment. The doctor does put me on prednisone, but even though I take it, it doesn’t seem to do the job. I bought this the day after my 4th IPL. I can’t believe how much this has helped to bring down the swelling so much faster than previous treatments on my face. I will definitely be buying again.☺️
