Can someone tell me how you fit this?

In addition to the answers above please note that the "specialist" tool is a screwdriver for a No.3 square recess screw. Not in everyone's tool kit but easily available as set of specialist screwdriver heads from many local hardware stores, B&Q or Aldi/Lidl in season for a few pounds possibly with the necessary handle.

I purchased this item in june 2021. Unfortunatletely part of the plastic structure has broken. How can i get a replacement? Thank you.

I have a 25mm pole but it won't grip. Not even close?

Hi Kevin You need to check the Modle of your Aqualisa shower it’s possible that their are two sizes of the clip . Also is it a genuine aqualisa part you have purchased or a copy ? You can call aqualisa they are in westerham Surrey give them your Modle no of your shower and they will confirm if it’s the correct part . Kind regards pat
