Pink plate
I absolutely love my vibration plate. Itโs relaxing after a leg workout. Good size, easy to use, great machine for the money.

YOU NEED
I absolutely love this vibration plate! It has become part of my daily wellness routine, and I've noticed a big difference in how I feel after using it consistently. I use it to help loosen up my joints, get my body moving, and feel more refreshed. It also helps me feel less stiff, especially after long days, and I personally feel like it supports my circulation and overall recovery. I've even noticed it helps me stay more regular, which has been an added bonus for me. The machine is sturdy, easy to use, and offers a great workout or recovery session in just a few minutes. Whether I'm using it before exercising or simply to relax at the end of the day, I always step off feeling better than when I started. Overall, this has been one of my favorite wellness purchases. It's easy to use, effective, and definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend!

HELPING FROZEN SHOULDER
I started using the vibration plate to help strengthen the muscles in my legs that seem to get skinnier as I age. Iโm a 53-year-old female. The vibration plate worked quick, bulking my leg muscles slightly, but did a great job with my butt! BUT, the magic really started when I got frozen shoulder. Iโve been in PT for 2 months, and it is nice, but I never saw an improvement with my mobility. Then I do stretches on my vibration plate and within 3 days time, I see some improvement! 3 days!! Iโm not standing on it, I am essentially doing a mild push up on it or leaning back on it. Itโs been incredible for my shoulder and upper back muscles!

Not bad for the price and Id does what is expected. I would recommend this one.
This vibration plate works well and is pretty wide and stable. has suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place. The device support my 250# frame well, but when i am on it the device does not seem to have much difference at all in the different speed settings. perhaps due to my weight. I did not use the instruction at all, as the remoted and the device was very easy to use. The platform is very strong and hold to my shoes very well. The workout seems fairly good as I can feel a bit of difference in my legs after the workout. Over all I would say the device does what it is designed to do and that is to shake you about and help increase the blood flow in your lower limbs and hips region. I do feel better on the days after I use the device. My favorite thing about the device is I can set it to auto and step up onto it and step side to side and it will start automatically. I do not give it 5 stars as it does not have enough variation in the speed of the shake from 1-10 and not much difference and the fact that the rubber surface has already started turning loos after the first 2 weeks.

Love so far
So far I love this vibration plate, I just received it and had not used it yet, but today I was having bad abdominal pain, I decided to get on the vibration plate for 10 minutes on the auto setting and it was relaxing and felt like the vibrations were helping. When I got off, my pain was gone! I came back online to read all the benefits of the vibration plate and I didn't even realize helping with abdominal pain was one of them.

Better physically
We can only speak for what this has done for my wife & I. Not recommending one way or another. BUT for us it has made a difference in us physically in a few areas. We use it about 4 times a day (5-10 minutes a session) to revitalize us, yet using it in the evening seems to relax our muscles where we find we sleep better. We have found that our balance has improved also. A hip issue that I had been experiencing is improved since using the vibration plate. And my wife notices better mobility. (I am 73, she is 69).

Doesn't do much. Over expensive gizmo
Ok, here goes the review for the Merach vibration plate. Apparently I bought the curved one but it isn't very curved at all, so if there was a price difference go with the non curved if it's a lower price, I would have. The vibration plate is actually just a percussion massager. That's it, that's all it does. You sit, stand, rest legs or prop feet on it and turn it on. It's shakes quickly, you basically get to wobble, woogie, shake and shimmy, but that's all it does. It's like a gizmo fad, you know, like the ab roller, Pepsi clear or Zima, for when you need Zomething different. I felt odd letting this thing have a go at me. It causes itching in legs (circulation) and mild dizziness for me, when standing in it for a few minutes. The machine is said to help drain lymph nodes, but I don't know what this is. But if it wants to drain, I say drain. You won't feel fat drip or drain away. It is not intended for weight loss, rather, circulation, and after using it in different positions for about 40 minutes I can say with near certainty that this marvelous machine is going right back to Amazon. That's right. I'm going to box it up, take it to UPS and have them kick/drop/fling this right back to the Amazon logistics center in who knows where. It isn't enjoyable to me, but it isn't unenjoyable. This isn't a twix bar and it isn't a root canal. It's just a small machine about the size of a George Foreman grill, that moves. The noise level is low, I could hardly hear it and it's tile here. On a carpet you won't hear anything. It has suction cups for feet and that's good for stability. I weight about 220 - 224 lbs and it helps me up just fine. Instructions are not super detailed, but good enough. Not an adjustable item. Durability is too soon to tell. Could last a long time, could stop working in a week. It's that kind of thing. I'm not against it but it didn't blow me away. It seems a tad expensive for what it is and for where I know it will eventually end up: in a closet, wedged between that spare microwave and the shelf full of mismatched socks. Merach sounds French Canadian for useless machine. I bet you could put jello on it and watch it jiggle for fun, or use it on a bar to shake multiple martini glasses at once. It is nothing but a gizmo, but unlike the Swiss Army spoon, fork and cork screw, or the extended shoe horn, or the glitter swirl lava lamp, or the Hannibal Lector bobblehead, or the fuzzy toilet seat cover, or the rubber foot scrubber, the rubber chicken, the penguin shaped ice cube maker, the wool dryer balls and every other nonsensical item I've waisted money on, this one is going back. 50/50 recommend. Someone may find it good. That someone is not me.

better than expected.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but this vibration plate has been a great addition to my workout routine. It's compact, easy to use, and the different speed settings let me adjust the intensity depending on the exercise. It feels sturdy, runs quietly, and is simple to store when I'm not using it. Great value for the price, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient home fitness piece of equipment.

Highly worth it
I just got mine and used it a few times already and can feel a difference. I have thyroid issues that just battle against me steady and this machine is truly helping. So far I love it. Its quiet and easy to us. I highly recommend it

Works well.
Not as fast as the more expressive ones but it's more than enough. I have no reason to reduce a star. The remote does share some settings with or tv so they sometimes turn each other off.
