Tracker Forest Esc, Mens Off-Road Hiking Boot With Barefoot Sole

Second pair to buy. Good durable shoe.

I was a bit nervous ordering these after reading some of the reviews about comfort and some soreness, particularly around the ankles. These boots look incredible and are very well made. Initially I had some mild discomfort around the ankle and then I realized I was trying to lace them like my other standard hiking boots... tight around the footbed and a bit looser around the collar. I then started barely tightening them and it all started to make sense: No slip or slide on inclines or descents and an amazingly comfortable hike. I'm totally hooked.

Fit and finish is pretty good although it did not come with the can of renapur these are supposed to come with even though I got it from the vivo storefront so they will honor the 100 day return guarantee. I like these boots a lot though on first impressions. They are comfy, water beads on the leather as expected, traction is good in short test outside in snow/ice and sizing was perfect following the foot length + 6-14mm headspace rule they used which put me in a US 8 or Euro 41. I will be wearing them more as the days go forward to test breathability, comfort, traction in a more varied environment, etc. So far so good though.

My first pair blew apart at 6 months just after the warranty ended. My seccond blew apart at three months. I have tried emailing their customer service to avoid leaving a bad review but they have not responded to me in 2 weeks. I am unfortunately left with no other option than to leave them a bad review here to see if they respond. The product has faild within the warranty peroid and needs replaced. I will update this review if and when i hear from them.

One of my favorite purchases. Boots for great and still look like new after more than 100 miles of hiking.

I use these boots for work. I'm always on my feet. I've been wearing boots for the past 10 years and have walked through plenty of boots. These are in a class of there own. Very comfortable, sometimes when I get home, I forget to take them off, because I forget I have thenlm on. When I wear these out, I will buy another pair.

Had these less than a month. Not used for hiking but as a daily boot. Great fit, lots of room. Tread is awesome and they are waterproof. The bad, glue on the weld is starting to fail and one of the rivets on a lace grommet pulled completely from the boot. Not the ankle lock portion is not as tight since I can no longer use that area to lace. Otherwise, a really great fitting boot.

Leider zu klein, ansonsten abgefahrene Treter...

Nach dem ersten Jahr kann ich nur sagen das der Barfuß-Wanderschuh sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Sohle ist sehr dick und daher läuft man sogar auf Schotter sehr angenehm. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Angenehmer Barfussstiefel. Wahr zu Größe. Flexible Sohle, die ein Gefühl des Untergrundes gibt, aber dennoch mit einem tiefen Profil, das einen guten Halt im Freien Gelände gibt. Am wichtigsten ist, vollen Raum für die Zehen, nicht mehr Druck und Scheuern, und damit weniger Blasenbildung. Für Anfänger im Barfusslaufen gilt: Trainieren Sie Ihre Füsse zuerst zu Hause und fangen Sie langsam an, um Ihren Fußmuskeln Zeit zu geben, sich zu regenerieren.

I bought the original trackers sg’s a few years back. Whilst being the comfiest outdoor boots I’ve ever had, never failed me in wet weather & served me well on many hiking trips. I was always disappointed by the durability of the sole on multiple terrains, they wore down pretty quickly. Both hard & soft surfaces are pretty normal for most hikes & this new Michelin sole certainly looks & feels more durable than the previous version, so here’s hoping for many miles of comfort

Well worth the wait to get my hands on these. Seller was very responsive & efficient at handling my initial purchase & return (I ordered a size too big) & now my 2nd order (right size) fits like a glove! I've had to order size 43EU from other barefoot companies to get the right fit but these 42EU fit like a glove! Great service & great price for a top notch product!
