★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Product Quality Has Dropped I had purchased this Qssiy Liquid Laundry Detergent earlier and was very satisfied with the quality, cleaning performance, and fragrance. Based on that experience, I ordered the 5-litre can again. Unfortunately, this time the product appears to be heavily diluted. The entire 5-litre can feels like plain water with almost no detergent consistency, cleaning power, or lavender fragrance. It does not remove stains effectively and produces very little lather compared to my previous purchase. The difference in quality between my earlier order and this one is huge. I am disappointed and feel that the product I received does not match the quality of the detergent I had purchased before. I would not recommend this batch and request the seller to investigate the quality issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Diluted liquid. Required more quantity while using. In short, quality is good but quantity is not sufficient 😊

Dilute and not concentrate. No consistency. You cannot dilute with water. For a litre of water, maybe 400 ml soap reqd. Not at all a good product. Opening cap is very tough. There is a seal inside main cap which require a strong knife or sharp screw driver to break open. Chances are there to cut fingers. I don't know why such a strong PKG required.
