I’ve bought these tension rods a few times now and they’re great for quick, simple setups when you just need something that works fast. I’ve used them for hanging sheets, curtains, and other temporary divider-type setups, and they do the job well for the price. They’re easy to adjust, and I actually like the plastic holders they include since they help keep the rod from slipping or falling. That said, these are definitely on the lighter/flimsier side, so I wouldn’t trust them for anything heavy-duty or permanent. But for a cheap, quick fix solution, they work exactly as expected.

They work great. Are strong enough that my cats can't get the curtains out of the window now. Highly recommend.

Works for us as a small curtain rod in our bathroom window with light weight curtain. Didn't have to use brackets, that come with, as the size ordered fits as needed.

Sturdy, perfect for RV needs

I’m not using this in a conventional horizontal way. We have a double-wide window that has a honeycomb blind without pull cords — you push it up & it stays there — until an internal cord breaks & it no longer stays up. Until we decide what we’re going to do, we use this tension rod to hold it up. We push the blind up, place the rod vertically in the center, and it stays up all day. Easy to take out to pull down at night. The rod is sturdy & holds the blind securely at the height we want. An inexpensive temporary solution until we can decide what we’re going to replace the blind with. Although we’re not using it in the traditional way, I feel confident the spring is strong enough to hold a good amount of weight, be that curtains or hangers with clothes on them.

Easy to install with very little extra fitting.

Rods are good; not great. The rods do what they claim and are sleek looking. Big downfall is that they only shipped with 2 rob holders instead of the 4 like as stated in the description.

They did the job. They’re cheaply made but still functional. Be sure to use the plastic holders for each end or at some point a pull on the curtain will bring it all crashing down.

It was well made. I met with our other requirements.

This rod doesn't have enough strength/spring tension/grip to hold much up. Put it in a narrow hall closet and keeps falling down with a winter coat on it.

Disappointed Doesn’t Hold as Promised I had high hopes for this tension rod, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the claims. Despite following all instructions, it keeps slipping down after a short time even with lightweight curtains. The grip pads don’t seem strong enough, and the tension weakens quickly.
