Everyone at home noticed the difference as soon as we switched it on. The picture is bright, colourful and very immersive. Dark scenes also have good detail which makes movies look much better. The 30W speakers fill the room easily and vocals are very clear, so we haven't even thought about buying a soundbar. Samsung has done a really good job with this TV. One of the best purchases we've made this year. The installation experience was smooth without any hassle. Since you've received the product, please go ahead and post the Amazon review. Tv is overall good with good sound and picture quality. Its smooth and no issues overall. But one star has been deducted because of installation arrangement by amazon, which never happened. We received tv 3 days back.. but there was no intimation of samsung installation arrangement from amazon. I had to call samsung and getting the installation done. But amazon’s installation is still showing pending. Definitely lack of ownership . But tv as product is a good deal

I like the 75" Mini LED TV very much. Been thinking of upgrading my normal LED to a Smart TV. Delivery guy didn't do open box delivery, he said the installation guy will take care to get the warranty. Installation went well with extra amount for flexible wall mount. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards the TV was getting switched off randomly quite often without any reason, be it anywhere like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc. Did all the troubleshooting with Samsung CCare including factory reset. Still it continued. After 2 days an Engineer came home and installed latest software update from pen drive as OTA is not yet available. He said it's a known issue and it will be fixed after the update... 1 day went and I am hoping it should be fixed... Apart from this, therikka vidudhu... When the Lights are off, we experience real theatre effect in picture clarity. But do not expect anything from sound point of view, definitely we need external speakers and I have a Dolby Digital/DTS enabled amplifier and speakers and really feel we are watching the movies in a theater... Now I am feeling that I should have gone for 100" TV (if it was available on Prime day sale) 😁😁😁

Simple product with good interface and excellent picture quality. The best feature is Samsung TV which allows access to TV channels on the net for free. Used this for about 20 days now without any problems. Connects well with my BOSE sound system. Planning to go for the extended warranty from Samsung but I have time to decide till the existing warranty of one year expires.

The physical build quality of the TV is excellent. The materials used feel premium, and the overall design is impressive. However, my experience with the software has been disappointing. The interface feels sluggish, and there is noticeable lag when navigating with the remote. If smooth performance is a priority, I would recommend considering other models with a more responsive operating system. As for the picture quality, it looks very good when viewed from a normal distance. However, when sitting closer to the screen, text appears slightly blurry, and the pixel clarity is not as sharp as I expected. Having previously used a Mini LED display, I found its sharpness and overall image quality to be noticeably better. In comparison, this TV’s display appears less crisp, especially at close viewing distances. Overall, the TV offers premium build quality and decent picture quality from a distance, but the laggy operating system and less-than-ideal display sharpness up close make it difficult for me to recommend.
