Works as expected! No complaints here

I ordered the charger and two batteries. One of the batteries will not hold a charge. I can charge it over night, place in the monitor with it in the "OFF" position and then when I turn the monitor on the battery is dead! Update: The seller contacted me and asked if I wanted a full refund. I requested they just replace the defective batter which they did. This is what I consider GREAT customer service!

Bought this charger and battery combo to revive a 28 year old SONY HandyCam that had old batteries which stopped working years ago. They fit and work good. Six times the capacity of the original Sony lithium ion batteries. Happy my vintage CamCorder is once again working so we can enjoy old home videos once again.
