Thoughts after 1 bottle
I'm on the second bottle and here are my thoughts. - Mint flavor is quite strong. It leaves a very cold minty aftertaste in the throat for a while. During when my food nausea was at peak, the mint triggered my nausea. Wish I'd gotten the citrus flavor. Which is what I ordered in the first place but they sent me mint and that's what I ended up taking. - Contrary to some other reviews, I don't taste anything fishy (I swallow quickly) nor does anything fishy come up after taking it. - the pill is quite big imo. Like twice the size of the tylenol tablets (the long ones). Sometimes it gets stuck in my throat if I swallow it the wrong way lol. - my OB said this brand is quite expensive and suggested cheaper OTC but she said she's seen a lot of women take this. - this is so much better than the jelly type prenatals. The jelly prenatals taste great like actual jelly but I would always forget to take it before brushing my teeth and would have to brush my teeth again afterwards which was very annoying. I'm going to continue taking this since it has both iron and folate.

Great except for a couple of pills
I've been taking these for 2 months now and it seems to work well and I'm having a healthy pregnancy. It does cause me to have fishy burps so I take it before sleeping to avoid it. I recommend the mint flavor over the lemon. The lemon smells like a cleaning product. My only complaint on the second fill was that a couple of pills are dark brown inside instead of the usual gold. I'm assuming they're old and bad.

I recommend these prenatals!
I am expecting my first baby in February and I did a lot of research on what prenatal I wanted to take and I had to try this one! I got the mint flavor but I do not like the flavor very much so I think the next bottle I will go with the citrus! But, I have been on them for a week so far and I have never felt better. The prenatals are not hard on your stomach like I’ve heard so many others are. I feel like a million bucks so far, I will update when I am done with the bottle! I highly recommend these prenatals.

The best! A must have
Best prenatal!! I used them for both my pregnancies, they are the easiest and have everything that you need! No harsh side effects, can take any time of the day and feel good with no discomfort. The mint and lemon are both good it’s just more of a preference, flavor/smell make it really easy to swallow even when stomach is upset.

Best prenatals for food aversions & morning sickness
Switched to Ritual during my first trimester, my food aversions & nausea were so bad I couldn’t take any prenatals that had a strong stench, flavor or aftertaste. These prenatals are great quality, have all the stuff needed while still being easy to take & keep down during the morning sickness period.

My all-time favorite vitamins, hands down.
I have always HATED taking vitamins - the smell and taste of them makes me gag every time I have to take them so I’d often skip taking them just to avoid the nausea for a bit afterwards. The fresh peppermint smell and aftertaste of taking these makes it so easy! I’ll never go back to regular daily vitamins again.

Good but expensive prenatal, don’t do the peppermint
Strong taste. Literally couldn’t do the peppermint because you feel it all down your throat for like an hour. It made me feel nauseous. Citrus is better but still strong. The pills are pretty easy to swallow which I appreciate.

Used for both pregnancies
I have used these for two pregnancies. I have absent seizures something with high folate was important for me for his brain and stem development. My neurologists approved this and my obgyn when i showed them what I was taking. I switched from citrus to mint and the aftertaste/smell was so much better. They didn’t really upset my belly but I started taking lots of vitamins at night because it’s supposed to be better for digestion and time release and effectiveness of your body breaking it down. So minimal side effects and they are a decent size to swallow and the smell makes it easier for me to swallow. They are soft and gel like so easy for me to take Both at the same time. Also took Tyroygh two years of nursing with first baby and almost five months in with second baby. I don’t think you can put a price on a helping hand in crestings human haha. Obgyn said just take here instead of a postnatal. Happy customer after lots and lots of research
