Too sweet
Disappointed. This was so sweet, it was un -drinkable. Mixed as directed in unsweetened almond milk ( so sweet I was gagging). Tried second day only used half a scoop and still overpowering sweet.

Be careful
Be careful. After being on this product for several months, it seemed to really help with the keto diet but… After blood work getting done my potassium levels were through the roof. In some cases, this could cause a cardiac arrhythmia.

Did not raise ketone reading at all
Don't waste your money. Did not raise ketone reading at all. While on a strict carnivore week, day three my ketones were still 0.3. I drank a "2 scoop" serving and measured ketones with Mojo every 30 min for 4 hours. The reading never budged. After reading about this I found that many BHB salt mixes offer very little actual BHB. Dr. Boz ketones are twice the price but they always brought my reading up, if even to 1mmol.
