Not recommended. Don’t buy
This is so sweet. It has so much sugar and it is not mentioned clearly in the ingredients. Probably hidden with a code. Better to buy from an ayurvedic doctor or in powder form or homeopathic concentrate. It is as sweet as a Pepsi or coke.

Good supplement
I am consuming it since 3 months and seeing a variable change in my body.. it really helps in boosting our health. We should also follow good diet and should use it atleast 3 months for better results.
