Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Popsicle Firecracker - 30 Sticks

We went thru these in a week they are so good lol I like to drink these a lot in the final stretch of pregnancy to keep swelling down and stay hydrated. My kids love these too!!

These taste great!! Can’t really tell about the super hydration, but I’m definitely drinking more water because of them. Mix in water super easy, doesn’t settle to the bottom.

All these drinks are kinda necessary but nasty. But the Liquid IV products seem to be the most hydrating and have glucose and vitamins to help absorption. This is the best flavor I’ve found.
