I've been buying these sponges for years, and they are still my to-go sponges for everyday dishwashing. I have always been searching for a long-lasting sponge since I have to do so much dishwashing, and Dobie has been perfect. I love the non-scratch surfaces of this sponge, which allows me to scrub away stuck on food without having to worry about scratching the surface. Dobie also lasts me awhile with each use. Highly recommend!

Love this product for all my dishes that need more than a soft cloth to get them clean. Doesn’t scratch, can be thrown in the dish washer. Long lasting. Doesn’t harbor bacteria like most other products.

My mother in law introduced me to the Dobie sponge. Prior to that I used 3M sponges. These are by far a much better products. They never get stinky, they perform and clean well with the special outer netting , they last a long time (I buy them by the dozen and the supply lasts me for a good 2 years. They hold soap and water well and they squeeze out equally well. Please Dobie, don't ever stop making these!

Best all-around scrubber I’ve ever used - - hands down. We use ours for EVERYTHING ! It scrubs hard, and long but doesn’t scratch surfaces. Works on everyday dishes, and broiler pans, and bbq tools. Bath tubs, showers, faucets, chrome on bikes and cars, vinyl swimming pools, - - oh, I could go on and on . . . I have very dry skin, and I even use a new clean Dobie to exfoliate, especially my feet and heels! DOBIES are absolutely great indispensable in my home and garage and everywhere that needs cleaning!

I always end up going back to these when I try out new scrubbers. I have an assortment of dish washing tools in the sink but this is the most effective. I buy a huge box in case they become unavailable for some reason in the future, but each one lasts so long that years go by before I need to reorder. I saw in reviews that people do not know how to keep them clean, so they fault the sponge. After use, I squeeze out the excess water and let them dry, then very occasionally rinse them with a weak solution of bleach, rinse out the bleach and let them dry.After I got my latest brand new dishwasher replacement, I stopped using a dishwasher. It doesn't get things clean. The cost and environmental insult of dishwasher soap is ridiculous, as is the long period of time sloshing dirty water over dishes. Because my cooking, baking and serving are pretty involved, many of the important implements I use would either not fit well in a dishwasher, would get ruined in a dishwasher, or would not be available for immediate use if waiting for the dishwasher to get a full load. By the time I would get things pre- or post- washed for the appliance, I would not be saving much time or labor. Besides, I love the sparkle and gleam of hand-washed dishes. They dry quickly and are ready to be used again, so I find I don't need so many fleets of place settings, so many extra glasses, etc. because they are quickly washed and air dried instead of piling up in the dishwasher.These dobies make it a very pleasant task instead of a chore. Right now I have two on duty, one for greasy or smelly work, the other for glassware or light duty, like china dessert plates. I use them longer than I should, which I notice when I replace them and realize that the edges of the plastic strands of the old sponge were quite worn down. I demote the old sponge to other duties in the utility room sink or garden sink and only throw them out when they are too filthy with serious outdoor or grill muck to use again.Just can't imagine the kitchen without them. They hold soap and water as needed, scrub surfaces effectively, do no harm, fit in my hand, economical, available from Amazon. I do keep trying new and different products to see what I might be missing, but nothing comes close to these. Perfect!

I bought these to replace those sponge/abrasive things that you find in the grocery store. I was unhappy because the sponges would break down and leave tiny pieces of blue sponge all over the place. These pads show no sign of deterioration and clean better than the old sponges. I still toss them after two weeks of hard use ( no dishwasher ) but they still look good.
