Very easy to use, taste isn't great but just wash down with water its taste doe not last. Stomach feels much better less, bloated it seems to work better than the tablet form I was taking. Good value

Ordered as replacement for tablets. Much more convenient to use as it’s including vitamin K2 as well. Has more units per serving compared to tablets I was taking. Apparently drops are more assimilable than tablets as well.

Depending upon how the product description is read for this supplement it may suggest that the vitamin D content here is 4000iu, but the packet clearly states it’s actually 1000iu for the recommended daily intake, which is much more reasonable as 4000iu would be excessive.Based upon what one’s overall vitamin D content is from other sources it may not even be necessary to take this amount daily, especially as vitamin D and vitamin K are fat-soluble (which means they can be stored in the body for extended periods). As vitamin D is often available in other supplements and also present in certain foods this will be an on and off supplement for me.Of the two vitamins, vitamin D is D3, which is the form mainly produced by the body, and vitamin K is K2, which is produced in the gut (and again present in certain foods). The other ingredient is pumpkin seed oil, which apparently has its own benefits. However, that’s it: just the three ingredients and nothing else.The dropper in the bottle dispenses single drops at a time so makes getting the right amount easier. With such small drops they’ll go into just about any liquid without altering the taste of it. I’ve tried it in soya milk, but water would be fine. The writing on the bottle though is particularly small so I find I need a magnifying glass to read it.The product is apparently science-backed but seemingly imported in from Turkey. For the current pricing of £11.99 for 600 drops at this strength it’s excellent value for money. All round it seems to be a good enough vitamin D3 and K2 supplement so I’m happy to recommend it. However, I’m knocking a star off for the confusing product description which isn’t as clear as it maybe should be.

It is a good choice for a combination of two important vitamines.

These vitamin D3 and K2 drops are a god send for those who struggle with swallowing tablets. Each drop from the dropper contains 1000iu of vitamin D3 and 100ug of vitamin K2 MK7. A little bit lower than I normally like as the “sweet spot” for vitamin D3 is around 4000/5000 iu’s. For K2 its between 100-300. With this in mind I would go for 2 drops daily as it mostly covers all bases.It is becoming more common to see these 2 vitamins together as they complement each other. The bottle is well made as is the dropper. I have not way of testing how legit or accurate the dosage is.Overall I think this is a great product as for someone who has family members that struggle to swallow tablets no matter how small. A dropper like this will help them to take more supplement to live a healthier lifestyle. At the current price of £12 for 600 doses (300 if you double drop) for the IU’s per dose its a bit on the higher side. However the added benefit of it being in a dropper I think we can say this is still somewhat fair value considering this is not a common way to take vitamins.
