This product is wonderful and tastes great. I have noticed the reduction in heartburn and my blood pressure is going down. Inflammation in my body has decreased . I don't know about weight loss but I do know since taking this I have been regular and not in a rush to the restroom regular. TMI I know but seriously I have always had issues and have tried everything from natural supplements to prescription medication to help with movements. This soursop goes in my morning water and taken with my multi vitamin. The taste is very pleasant you could use just the dropper, but I read somewhere that you get more benefit if you take with fluids. Now after every meal I have movement. I would have been happy with once a day. It's effective and seems to help in that area of need. As for weight loss we shall see. I wasn't consistent with my first bottle. I only took it when I felt bloated and constipated. This bottle I'll take everyday to see if the benefits change for me.
