Great and attractive way to preserve your precious coins
Work well with the uncirculated 250th Anniversary half dollars collectible coins I just purchased as a surprise for my entire family. Has a lined foam insert that you adjust to the appropriate size for any coin. (Dollar, Half dollar, nickel, dime, penny. and others) Takes a bit getting used to, but once you determine the correct coin size, remove the extra material then position and press in the coin, it fits perfectly. I found the case hard to open initially, then found a tiny indent on the outside and once you locate it and use them a few times, it gets easier. They are very sturdy plastic, a nice thickness and totally clear. The half dollars really look attractive and are airtight, I know my family will love them.

Great capsules
This is a must for any coins especially ones with an irregular shape. The foam can be shaped to the coins, especially with foreign coins or ancient coins. The foam material adds padding so the coins don't rattle in the capsule. The capsules stay closed and and can be opened if you find the finger hold. Overall these are a great value. I even droped a few and they did stay closed so are very sturdy. The capsules are crystal clear so you can view all your coins in their glory.

Keep you Gold and Silver coins protected
I recently inherited several gold and silver coins from my grandfather. I wasn't too sure how to keep them but I did see these coin capsules. So I grabbed these 10pcs coin capsules and they are a great fit. They are really easy to put together and have inserts that you can size to the coin.I really like how these keep the coins protected. And the quality is great too.

Perfect Fit for Most 1 Ounce Silver Rounds / Coins
These are a good fit for most 1 ounce silver rounds. About half of the coins I tried fit the holder perfectly. The others were just a TAD loose and I used the outermost foam insert ring to secure those. Using the smaller (inner) diameter inserts are pretty easy to use, but using just that single, thin, outer ring is a little bit tricky. I found it easier to stretch the foam CAREFULLY - it does not spring back, it will stay stretched out as large as you go - and place that in the holder first. Then, place the coin in the holder with ONE EDGE against the foam and press the coin INTO the foam as you press it down. If you try either putting the foam around the coin or just pressing straight down with the foam in the holder, you ain't never gettin' it to go in!The two halves stay together very snuggly. There is a small cutout on the upper half where you have to put a finger nail and pry the halves apart. It's not the easiest thing to do, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Since you are only opening these once anyway, to insert the coin, it's no big deal.At ~$8 for 63 cases (such an odd number), I'm happy with these and will definitely buy them again.

You get what you pay for: cheap plastic coin holders that do the job.
Not bad, you get what you pay for: cheap plastic protection. Some of the cases arived scratched, they scratch easily so it's not a concern. Fits most coins aside from nickels. Silver dollars, Ike, Susan B., Walking Liberty, Franklin, Kennedy, etc... I've dropped them with a half dollar inside onto hard wood floor a couple times, still holding up.Cons are:Cheap (quality) buy more than you needQuite a few came with odd debris either adhered or just part of the plastic.Wiggle room for your smaller coins.Scratches by looking at it too quickly.Pros:Cheap (price)You get the hang of sizing the gasket quick. If you pull out too many gaskets, it's an easy fix.Fits MOST coins as advertised.
