How mamy grams in one scoop? Mine arrived without a scoop so dunno how much to take

Supplement production is fully automated and the scoops are the last item dropped into the tubs. It's very odd to not get a scoop and we'll look into how that has happened. Scoops sometimes make their way to the bottom of the tub during transport, so we recommend using a clean, dry fork to dig around in the container to see if it's somewhere at the bottom. If it can't be found, the serving can be weighed on your kitchen scale. Just check the serving size recommended on the tub as each flavor varies slightly. If you don't have a scale, you can use spoons, measuring cups, or something else similar to scoop out the powder. OxyShred is approximately 1 heaped teaspoon. As they drop the scoops in during manufacture, we do not have any in the warehouse facility to send out I'm sorry.
