I have a condition that means I can't always face my electric toothbrush. At the same time, I hate the incomplete clean I achieve manually. It makes oral hygiene a real chore.I hadn't bought Marvis for years, but I seemed to remember that it is more abrasive. Lo and behold, yes I do get a really complete clean with just the manual toothbrush with Marvis. It feels very nearly like 2 minutes with the electric toothbrush.Even better is the length of time my mouth feels fresh. After about six hours that my mouth still feels fresh and clean.It is a dear do compared with supermarket brands. But for once here you do get what you pay for - enhanced cleaning and a fresh mouth for much longer. The flavour seems like the selling point, and it is very pleasant, but really it is just a bonus.

My teeth feel brand new after every brush. This toothpaste leaves a lingering polished feeling and a pleasant jasmine taste. A subtle confidence booster. Well worth the price.

I’ve been sticking to it in the past 3 months and I absolutely love the feel, the taste and the mouth health, however it is uncomfortable to use and I wish there was a version with a clip head to make things more comfortable.

My second flavour I've tried in Marvis and it's good ! Exactly what it says. There is another reason you should buy this though, and that is the quality. Before Marvis, toothpaste was toothpaste, I stuck to big brands and never considered that toothpaste could have a luxury counterpart, that is until I changed to Marvis.The texture, the feel, the thickness and creamy sensation is properly luxurious. One you have experienced a tube of Marvis, you will find it very difficult to go back to those other well known brands, quite simply Marvis is such a nice experience you look forwards to it, almost like a treat!It is a fluoride toothpaste, so that's covered and means you can use this to replace your previous brand.Freshness / effectiveness - all gets a tick, because it's a treat to use it, you inevitably brush for longer, that means your doing an improved job than previously.Whitening - Well, don't they all make claims? I suppose it depends on how much tea, coffee, red wine you drink or if you smoke, I think the effectiveness of all whitening toothpaste is the user, this is no different to the brands.Cost - Look, a big brand in fancy packaging will cost you upwards of £10 a tube, but it won't give you the same "Experience" as Marvis will. Therefore I think its worth the price. It is a little bit of personal luxury and that is worth a premium.

It's predominantly mint forward when you use it but there is that really gentle waft of jasmine flower in the background. The jasmine very subtle which is what I want in a toothpaste. Can't really explain in words but it doesn't have that chemically toothpaste minty smell that normal toothpaste has, so definitely will buy this one again.

I chose the cinnamon flavour toothpaste which is great, good clean, mouth feels fresh
