Bought for diagnosing a peculiar kind of problem with my car, which was not starting sometimes when hot but no issues in cold start. Even car service did not helped. But this device detected a undervoltage to few components whereas battery voltage was right, both onload and offload. A must have tool for every VW car owner. On the downside, it consumes a lot of battery if scanning multiple times. So a start is recommended between few scans. Other downside is the higher price approx 10 times to its chinese counterparts. However, considering hefty price of every VW part, its not a surprise.

This thing is super convenient for fixing all those annoying little features the manufacturers code in by default. The One Click App is a game changer you just set your preferred settings once and forget about it. I used it to completely delete the Soundaktor on my MK8.5 Golf GTI and it worked flawlessly.

Worst product. U can olny to view and clear codes for free. If u want to use special function then u purchase some credits. There is no active customer service. Olny BOT replied. I lost Rs. 6800 for pro vag pack for 1 year. But pack didn't get activate and no one can help me

Handy little device that can be used to read error codes, change some hidden settings easily through one click apps and even engage in a long coding session. More practical general audience alternate to a professional tool like VCDS, which is better but more expensive as well. Seller is also very prompt in responses and provides good after sales support.
