This works great, is easy to use and (if you want to) clean but they are disposable so not really necessary. Got this for estradiol cream which only comes with one applicator on the box that I am supposed to reuse but was basically impossible to clean. I was a little nervous because I saw a few people saying the tip broke off inside but decided to try it anyway. I'm glad I decided to try it because 1. I don't see how it could pop off because the plunger doesn't go in for enough for it to go outside the tube and 2. It is SO much better, easier to use, and less mess than the original. The dispensing might be slightly less accurate because you have to pull the plunger out and fill it from the top rather than the dispensing end like the original. Considering before half of it would end up sticking to the outside or be caked into the grooves this is acceptable to me. It all comes out smoothly and leaves little to no mess to clean up. this should be the standard

These are great for inserting imvexxy suppositories. The applicators are individually wrapped and smooth. They also hold onto the suppository and the plunger pops it out when the applicator is in place.

If you use estrogen cream, these are by far the best applicators. I was having huge messes and discomfort trying to use the cream. These load from the plunger end so they stay neat, easy and comfortable to use. They are also compatible with pill or capsule inserts, which I'm about to switch to. I encourage any woman sick of discomfort and messes with estrogen cream to try these.

These were a good investment. I was prescribed 200 mg progesterone twice daily after my IUI. The first day i tried manually inserting it, you can imagine how that went. These applicators make it so much easier to insert the medication with less mess. They’re not uncomfortable and remind me of a slimmer tampon applicator.

Very comfortable compare to the blunt tip applicators that come with some creams. Easy to pull up cream meds and super sanitary since they are one time use.

For those who thought their progesterone capsule won’t fit, yes it won’t if you load it from where the plunger goes in, trust me I tried LOL. Instead, simply pull the plunger back a tiny bit just enough to load your Progesterone capsule directly into the 4-petal tip of the applicator, peel back one petal and securely load your capsule in, then after its loaded (*per doctor’s instruction) puncture the tip of capsule with a needle (you can use your extra Q-Cap from STIMS) before application and that’s it!! Just make sure you washed your hands properly prior handling and you should be good to go. Good luck and You’re welcome!!

I prefer the comfort tip that this product has compared to other suppository applicators; however, I got this for progesterone suppositories for IVF and the tablet is too big. So this product is not as universal as I hoped it was. Don’t buy if using it for progesterone inserts. Otherwise it’s a good product.

So I was really nervous at first because I put my 200mg progesterone capsule in the top where the plunger goes like the instructions direct you to...and it got stuck. It has a very narrow neck compared to the applicator end. So I was like what the hey it's a gel cap hopefully it can withstand the squeeze and push. So i pushed it as far as i could with my finger first then used the plunger to advance it to the tip and it worked. Im super happy to try these as I struggle to get the capsule far enough back with out an applicator. I have other applicators that are not as comfortable to put inside a sensitive area and I think these will be a life saver and make a not so enjoyable activity a little easier to tolerate. I will update my review if things don't go as planned. I did try with two different capsules to ensure that they would hold up with practice on a couple capsules. When I went to remove the first one I tried it shot out lol. I dont think I'll be two worried about making sure it gets to the back of where it needs to be. Lol I was a little disappointed in the seller/amazon as they sent me an open package 1 of 3 ordered, with one applicator missing. These aren't cheap for something you use once and toss. I plan to return and get a replacement. Im surprised they even want it back honestly. But ok.

This is the best and only worthy consideration as a companion to the boric acid capsules. I bought another brand suppository application firsr, one that showed as recommended, and tried applying the boric acid. It resulted in it causing an internal vaginally tear (ouch!) because those applicators are rough and not rounded for motion. THIS APPLICATOR IS AMAZING!! It is designed similar to the head of a tampon that is smooth, rounded and enclosed, to allow safe and comfortable upward travel internally and then when ready, release the suppository. BRILLIANT! It is feels like QUALITY, not flimsy at all. In fact, feels like a waste to throw it out after single use - but it is only for single use. THANK YOU to who designed this suppository applicator. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but worth it! Sorry that I am going on about this, but the competitor type really hurt when I used it. So I am grateful for this superior alternative.

I am SO glad that I found these. I was close to giving up on my estrogen cream, and was researching alternatives when I thought to look for an applicator alternative. These are SO much better. My estradiol cream screws onto the back end of the applicator and the measurement for the cream is printed on the side. I can then unscrew the cream off the back end and push the plunger through to push the cream down to the tip. The plastic is smooth and the end is tapered. It is exponentially more comfortable than the applicator that comes with the prescription box. I bought a gel cleanser for vaginal menstrual cup that I use to wash it out, so that I can use each applicator a few times safely. Try them, you will like them!

I tried other applicators but these were the only ones that worked for my IVF drugs. It wasn't painful to use, it was more expensive but the alternatives caused scraping and bleeding. This product was easy to use and I'm happy its available.
