These are a great value, and I will purchase them again.
I love these probiotics. They do seem to curb my appetite as well as make my gut feel better. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I just take them with water. Anything that has a good effect on my gut is also good for joint health. The addition of chicory ensures the probiotics have an active source of food, and that is important for the effectiveness of the product.

Excellent Supplement
Excellent probiotics to assist my GLP-1 weight loss journey. It has corrected a GI side effect that a different supplememt was barely addressing. Great value IMO. Tasteless and odor free capsules.

Great for digestion and appetite control
It has been a real help to me in terms of digestive issues and appetite regulation. It is well tolerated with no side effects for me. I will buy it again.

I haven’t seen any results as far as weight loss. I take one a day for about a week or so now. No weird side effect or stomach issues. I plan on finishing the supple and do another review.

Works great and I even sleep better.
I have been using this for a few months now and I love it. For me it worked very fast. I sleep better and definitely a difference in bowel movements. It has helped with cravings and it has helped with some weight loss. But I had to also put in the time with workouts. I was using a probiotic before but this is way better. Everyone is different, so you have to keep searching for the right one that works with your body.

I do not recommend this product. I have taken many many products like this. I will not be a request customer. This causes diarrhea every time I take it. I went off of it for a little while and was good. Tried it again and diarrhea again!
