Great pre workout & this is the best flavor

I love this stuff for before the gym! The taste isn’t perfect but it isn’t bad. It really gives me the boost I need to get through a workout and be more effective. It doesn’t clump at all. I mix it easily in a shaker bottle as drink it on my way to the gym and I’m ready to go. No weird side effects or jitters. I use one scoop in a large bottle of water (I’m 41 years old and 150 lbs)

So, the arctic snow cone is listed on the same page as the blue raspberry. Problem is, the blue raspberry doesn’t contain milk, while the snow cone flavor does. And it’s not clearly listed either - the picture of the ingredients is cut short of the allergen listing for milk that’s on the jar itself. I looked at the blue raspberry flavor (no milk), saw the snow cone was cheaper and popped it in my cart without checking. You’ve got to open a drop down list to see that there’s milk added. Be sure to thoroughly check each flavor listing if you have allergies or certain dietary restrictions. That said, I’ve tried similar pre-workouts before and this one does what its supposed to do. The beta-alanine will cause that strange tingling sensation around your cheeks and forehead when you first start taking it, but it eases with use. If you stop taking it, you may experience headaches due to the caffeine withdrawal (if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing - I am, but it was pretty mild). The arctic snow cone has a pretty sour taste to it (even when mixed with extra water). Not a bad product, but the flavor could be better and it definitely lost some points for not having the allergen more clearly identified.

This pre-workout delivers a clean energy boost that gets me through my workouts without the jitters or crash. The Arctic Snow Cone flavor is decent—tastes like a sweet blue slushie. Mixes easily with water, and I haven't experienced any clumping issues. The tingling sensation kicks in about 15 minutes after taking it, which I actually enjoy—it lets me know it's working. Overall, it's a reliable pre-workout that enhances focus and endurance.

Does not give me the itchy feeling and shakes like other pre workouts do. I like both flavors too. Seems to really help you focus and stay motivated.

I've tried other C4 pre workout supplements. This one is the first time I try it. It's good but I think it's better for women (no offense) or begginers as it is not that strong, first day I tried it I didn't feel anything, no tingling sensation, no rush, no energy boost. Second day I tried it I felt little tingle but not too strong and lasted for a few minutes. The label suggest taking one serving after workout and a second one before once you reach tolerance. I have only taken one serving but next week I'll try taking two. The taste is not the best but it's not bad. I can dissolve east. In general is a good product.

I’ve been ordering C4 preworkout in arctic snow cone on auto ship forever! It was my husband and I’s favorite flavor and we used it regularly. Recently something changed - they sent us the C4 Sport Ripped instead and it’s AWFUL! I couldn’t even drink it. We then re-ordered what we thought was the correct one, came in a package that looked almost the same as what we used to get but it’s called C4 Ripped SuperSport… that also doesn’t taste good. It’s not as bad as the larger black packaging but it’s nowhere near as good as the old version. I may have to try and order directly instead of Amazon because we keep getting garbage.
