Hose Pipe Heat Insulated Duct Extension Kit for Delonghi Portable Air Conditioner fits Pinguino AC (6m, 5 Inches / 125mm)

It does exactly what it sets out to do which is extend your existing hose. I've seen negative reviews on here stating it is weak and flimsy possibly easy to break. However this is not what I'm seeing it is fairly sturdy very easy to install all and it is a great addition to my air conditioning unit in this hot weather we are experiencing at the moment.

Provides additional length to my existing aircon exhaust hose making it much more functional. High quality tape allows for a quick and secure installation. My only concern is that the material is thin and seems to soften sigificantly from the heat generated by the aircon, though i havent haf a puncture just yet (keep your pets away though).

Did the job well for a while, and you get a lot of tube for your money! It was huge. It felt like good quality compared to cheaper alternatives. But within a couple of weeks use the heat from the air conditioner output seems to have melted the plastic slightly and the metal coil has torn through the material so it's no good any more. I wouldn't recommend for venting very hot air.

Does not fit the Delonghi Pinguino!

... or whatever the proper word is. Duct? I bought this for my aircon as we can't get it near enough to the window. Others have commented that the heat escapes through the flimsy material. That is probably true. But 6m of thick duct would be a damn sight more expensive. The tape that came with it was perfect for sticking it to my existing pipe and it's holding well.

Exactly what we required . The length of the hose is ideal, we can now move the unit to cover a wider area.

We bought this product because our air conditioner only comes with about 6 foot of exhaust hose which is too short to reach our window. The prospect of a 6 meter hose looked ideal for our purposes. When the kit arrived then first thing that was quite clear was the diameter of the hose is a fraction bigger than the original. However by using the collar supplied in the kit I managed to get the end to fit in the original manufacturers end fittings that came with our AC unit which had to be secured with tape supplied in the kit. The plastic on hose supplied with the kit is a lot lighter and thinner than the manufacturers original. We think this is better because it is a lot more flexible. Overall for the price we paid it is good value. Mike. To be successful you will need a screwdriver to lever in the hose, an of sharp scissors for the tape and hose and also some heavy duty wire current to trim the hose strengthening wire.

Extremely thin material, the hose had a hole already! This doesn’t fit my AC unit even though the model number is listed

Purtroppo mi sono trovato un prodotto che non corrisponde alla descrizione, non è compatibile De Longhi, ho dovuto adattarlo!

Buon giorno signori, due cose non hanno funzionato in questo ordine. 1) La confezione contiene una flangia di plastica rigida che teoricamente dovebbre consentire l'innesto fra la prolunga e il condizionatore: il mio è un Delonghi come chiaramente indicato nella descrizione. Per innestarsi una flangia dovrebbe essere o più grande o più piccola della bocchetta ma, se della stessa misura, è chiaramente inutilizzabile. Sforzando un po' il tubo flessibile in PVC si infila ma quel pezzo di plastica di misura sbagliata è da buttare. 2) La spedizione : dal 2 al 5 ottobre. Mai nessuna comunicazione sulla data esatta di arrivo sia via email sia sul sito Amazon “traccia il mio pacco”. Ricordo che come alternativa al mio indirizzo avevo indicato la sede delle poste di fronte a casa mia. Il pacco è arrivato al 2 ottobre, io non c'ero. Il giorno 4 mi sono recato all'ufficio postale, non quello indicato ma, un altro a qualche chilometro da casa, sentendomi dire che non potevano consegnarlo perchè era in mano ai postini, altro ufficio e che potevo trovarli solo in determinati orari. Risultato, ho dovuto ripassare questa mattina! Se ciò non bastasse, l’ufficio non è accessibile al pubblico: ho avuto il pacco perché ho incrociato un portalettere che conosco. Faccio presente che , come ho già chiaramente comunicato per altre spedizioni, non mi fa piacere ricevere la merce in anticipo. Voglio ricevere quanto ordinato il giorno indicato perchè io mi faccio trovare. Capisco che possono capitare dei disguidi, comunicatemelo. Lavorando queste cose capitano ma informando il cliente tutto si può risolvere. Buon giorno

Für eine Klimaanlage nicht geeignet, hatte schon nach ein paar Tagen Gebrauch ein Loch, flog in die Mülltonne Aanna R.
