Found it useful especially providing relief from cough while lying down

This orthopedic wedge pillow offers firm yet comfortable support using premium memory foam. Very good product. My neck was hurting very much as I used to use one or two combined cusions to rest my neck while watching mobile or reading. But after using this wedge cushions, all my neck problems are gone, I am in relief. If you are new user, it will take for you 2-3 days to adjust. If you have slight projection at start of your bed, you can even put this wedge cushion on an even more inclined angle for your neck to rest (best while watching movies). Nowadays, I even sleep on this wedge cusion (which is unthinkable if you look at it from third party eye). For sleeping, instead of putting your neck on top of wedge, you slightly put it near bottom just for it to rest, you would think it will hurt but suprisingly you get good sleep. But also make sure to document how the grey cover is placed. Because if you are washing it later on, it is very hard to put it back (due to angles). So document it to get idea from which side to put the cover back in.

Really happy with the product, it looks exactly like the image! I have been using it for sleeping and sitting over the past 2 weeks and I have had a very nice experience. I bought it specifically for GERD, even though it hasn’t helped much with that it is still very comfortable and can be used for many different things.

Good product but it should be atleast 45 degree

It is excellent for just leaning against while reading in bed. But not comfortable for sleeping. It feels too firm and hence there is no neck support. So I use it when I read in bed or watch my mobile or lap top in bed. Definitely don't use it when sleeping. I bought it for sleeping which I can't so the 3 star rating.

Serves the purpose. Good for patients in recovery. Holds it's shape - will not flatten up under people with normal weight. Good quality.
