I’m very happy with my decision to buy this robot vacuum and mop! I had an older robotic vacuum cleaner that wasn't very impressive. My main issue was that it wasn't smart enough to dodge objects in the house. As a parent of two girls, there are always small things on the floor, and my old vacuum would get stuck all the time. Most of my place is hardwood, so mopping is necessary. My old vacuum did a decent job vacuuming, when it wasn't stuck, but it had a very small water tank, which wasn't enough for mopping the whole house. Not to mention, washing the mop was such a pain. Recently, I came across a YouTube video showing how well the Qrevo series handles vacuuming and mopping. After reading lots of good reviews and finding out that the newer model Qrevo Master had just been released, I was immediately interested in all its new features. It had everything I had been dreaming about, so I placed an order right away! Now, I’ve been using it for a few days, and it's a game-changer! I scheduled it to vacuum and mop every day, and it no longer gets stuck. I’m very impressed by the Flexiarm design. The Flexiarm side brush and mop are standout features. When it detects corners and edges, the side brush swiftly extends, sweeping away messes for a deeper clean. It's amazing how it reaches those tricky spots. The extendable mop is equally impressive, as it reaches areas I used to manually clean. Additionally, the self-cleaning dock and automatic mop drying are fantastic for hands-free maintenance. The intelligent voice assistant simplifies the cleaning process, making it more efficient. I also appreciate the hot water mop washing for thorough cleaning. While it's a bit pricey, the advanced features and convenience make the Qrevo Master worth every penny. If you're looking to upgrade your cleaning routine with cutting-edge technology, I highly recommend this vacuum!

Additional update: I contacted customer service. It was even WORSE. Now I’m even more disappointed. They had me do the same tests over and over and over again. It almost felt like to make me give up and go away. Most of the tests had nothing to do with my complaint (it was mainly the razor blades that make it tangle to bad, and its tiny vacuum ability, even on the highest power). They were absolutely terrible. If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. Note- I’m a pretty easy going person, and fairly easy to please. I rarely leave reviews like this. So if I’m saying it’s bad- it’s really bad. Updating: I wish I had returned this one! Do NOT BUY. It doesn’t work well at all. And after several months It changes the map of the house without the possibility of fixing it without remapping. It does not cut hair and clogs all the time, so if you live with WOMEN who have medium to long hair, or PETS- DO NOT BUY. Wish I could get my money back and buy a different machine that cuts hair. It has zero object avoidance- so it get clogged and trapped at least 3x each run. Literally. It required bags for the vacuum! They are tiny. Even with us running it every day, and pulling out the trash and trying to reuse the bags, we have to maintain this repeatedly every run. My whole house is 2000 sq ft- we normally just use this for the kitchen, dinning room, and family room because it does NOT function well. Expect to clean everything with a fine tooth comb before running this every single time. Struggles with floor transitions and rugs/floor mats. When buying a robot: look for ones with self cleaning brush rollers that cut the hair off. And BAGLESS models. Note: we have it set at max vacuum emptying and it’s not enough. We’re not filthy, we run it every day- this technology just isn’t there yet. And this model is definitely a do not buy. Even the exponentially cheaper shark AI vacuum does better. Original: First of all- this has helped us be cleaner because you can’t use it unless the floor is picked up. I am one person in a family of five, and no one else cares if the house is clean except me. Barking at them has no Effect, but saying “oh no I’m sending Rocky” to your room or she’s coming! Seems to encourage everyone to help pickup as quickly as possible. Honestly, this is the main reason we’re keeping it. It will take off the standard white paint that comes on baseboards. This robot will vacuum while you’re gone, it mops better than vacuums, but will take weekly at least maintenance. You will NEED to purchase at least one other filter as it gets clogged all the time. Also fluff gets stuck in the vacuum and won’t tell you. We simply reuse the vacuum bags. I like the refillable and separate clean and dirty water tanks. Note: we have 3 cats, 3 kids and a non shedding dog, oh and a messy husband- lol. The razor blades that are supposed to remove the roller hair does absolutely nothing at all. We use this vacuum DAILY. Because who else can afford this and not put it to work? Additionally- the object avoidance- it will NOT avoid socks and cords! And will go on its merry way doing nothing. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Turn off her name recognition- she only responds when my kids call “rocky”! Not me 🤷🏼‍♀️ It struggles with door mats, muddy mats are impossible and must be removed before use. Etc. I will also say- we got this at a huge sale and have a large refund else we could never have even dreamed of affording it. Their customer service is responsive but require constant responses or they close your case and never helped us at all. Definitely NOT worth $1500. I’d say $800. Again- I like how it keeps everything more maintained, mopping is a huge plus, but for a thorough vacuum we pull out the good upright Dyson.

Pro: * Pretty quiet during vacuuming and dust bin emptying compared to others I’ve used * Suction power is pretty impressive * Mapping is accurate * Battery cycle is very impressive * It does a great job of self cleaning Cons: * While the side brush does a great job it is a bit aggressive * If it detects an object it will not rescan the area to verify if it’s still there or not when it comes back around to actually clean that path All in all this is a pretty impressive robot with an appropriate price tag. The kick out mop pad and side brush do an amazing job and the AI performs much better than others tested in that regard. The methodology the vacuum approaches rugs is great (working the perimeters before actually vacuuming). I am very pleased so far with this purchase and I believe it will perform equally well in most homes. I have three cats and a dog. I do not have carpeted floors but I do have area rugs.

Over the last few months I’ve developed this odd fascination and interest in robovacs, and after tons of research and experience I can say the Qrevo Master is one of the best options on the market. My first robot was the Q8 Max+, which was a great vacuum but I wanted a better mop system, so I sold it and got the Qrevo Pro on sale, and while the mop was excellent I was not impressed at all by its vacuuming, so I returned it and got the Qrevo Master when its price dropped to 1099 on sale. Its vacuum and mop is excellent, the flexiarm mop is very effective, the camera system is great at detecting most objects and looking for my dogs, and the dock does a great job emptying dust and washing the mop. It now runs on scheduled routines 6 days a week and my floor has never been cleaner! I only have two complaints: 1) It’s obstacle avoidance is great with larger items, but seriously struggles with cords and smaller items (don’t trust it with pet messes and small toys). Roborock needs to step up their game in this area because competitors are outpacing them here. Hopefully a firmware update will improve it. 2) The carpet sensor detects carpet perfectly, but only when it’s cleaning. When it’s doing non-cleaning travel moves across carpet it stops detecting carpet and applies that non-carpet to the map. The problem with this is if you use the option “vacuum carpets first” then it’ll cause the robot to first vacuum all the areas where it thinks there is carpet, and avoid those that are not, even if the room is 100% carpet, then vacuums those “non-carpet” areas last. Doing it this was is extremely inefficient and can double the cleaning time. Hopefully Roborock fixes this bug in a firmware or app update as well. Overall, highly recommend! If you see this on sale around $1000, it’s an absolute steal compared to the competition!

My first Roborock was the S4 Max which I got 3 years ago for my first floor which includes carpet, wood, and tile. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. How could a small robot vacuum clean as well as my trusty hand vacuum? Well, after a couple weeks of use, another S4 Max was purchased for my second floor. These have been a game changer and have almost eliminated the need for my hand vacuum. Enter the Qrevo Master, purchased to replace my first floor S4 Max. While the S4 Max was amazing in itself, it pales in comparison to this new model! The suction power is much stronger, and adjustable. The extending arm grabs the dog hairs that accumulate in corners and along the baseboards. The dual rotating mop heads now clean my wood and tile floors with HOT water instead of just vacuuming them. The AI obstacle recognition avoids items in it's path, which is especially helpful for pet owners. The docking station is a welcome addition, as it empties the dust bin as well as the dirty water. In addition, it self-cleans and dries the mop heads. Another game changer! The feature list goes on and on, and I have not nearly tapped into all of them, which are available through the app. From Google voice assistance to remotely watching the Qrevo Master work using the built-in camera, I'm amazed at how much is packed into this little wonder. The mapping capabilities continue to improve within the app. The entire first floor was mapped and I was quickly able to edit the rooms, add no-go zones and customize specific instructions for vacuuming and/or mopping. While my S4 Max vacuums are still going strong after several years, the Qrevo Master is a welcome addition and an awesome upgrade. Now if Roborock would only find a way to vacuum my stairs, I could get rid of my old school vacuum for good!

1 year review. This vacuum works great when it is running but the amount of downtime it has had over the past year has not been small. It maps and runs great but about 4 months in the sensor stopped working and it had to be mailed out for repair, that took around a month to send and get it back. Most recently the main brush cover totally snapped. I ordered a replacement off the Roborock store and waited for two weeks only to find the part that was specified did not actually fit. I have emailed customer service but they want so much information that was not even relevant to the piece that I have not gotten very far. I have a part on order thru Amazon for a second time but it is coming from china and is a month out at least. I have looked everywhere for a part that would fit and have not found one, disappointing you cannot even get a replacement part from Roborocks own website or Amazon that is not mislabeled or takes months to arrive. We are going on month two of waiting on a part, so out of the 9 months I have owned this product it has been out of commission for around 3 months.

Old Title: Great Vacuum, If Used Carefully Great at mapping and avoiding obstacles. I do love the "cruise" or security feature, being able to check on my pets while I'm away. It can also take photos of your pets when they get in the way while it's vacuuming, which is quite fun. Previously I had an older model of another brand, and this does work far better than that. There's still some pet hair on the floor, but very very little. Clearance under objects would be great *if* there wasn't the AI bit at the top. It does a wonderful job at avoiding obstacles (the only time it got stuck, it sucked up a thread in the carpet and dragged the whole thing down the hall until it stopped). Other than that it has properly identified and avoided all obstacles. As a vacuum, I'm pleased. Mopping is pretty good, but also the reason for the four stars. Like another reviewer said, the mop heads don't really clear the carpet, even when raised. They're pretty thick. It hasn't been too much of an issue though, because I'm careful to run the vacuum and then as a separate run, run the mop. It won't wet the mop heads if you pick the vacuum only function. However, this is frustrating to have to do every time. And when you use the voice assistant, it'll automatically select the vacuum & mop function every time (even when I say vacuum only). Which gets the mop heads wet. Which means my carpet will get wet. So I can't really use that. If I could change which one gets automatically chosen, that would help. As far as I can tell, when it actually does mop it cleans well, even when using the low water option. Overall, it looks sleek, cleans well. Is a little larger than I'd like for fitting under furniture, but I have my older model vacuum robot that I can send in those areas. For the amount of considerations I need to make when cleaning / automating, this should be 2/3 of the price. Get it on sale. From my research of other brands / combo robots, I'd still choose this one. I just wish it avoided wetting the carpets a little better. Edit: Object avoidance isn't 10/10. Besides the carpet, it also ran over a cat toy. The marketing specifically said it would do a good job avoiding pet toys / obstacles, so I was pretty disappointed there. Ended up returning the unit. Edit 2: Was contacted by roborock via amazon, asking for the opportunity for a second chance to get my business. As directed, I emailed their support and have since been ghosted. Not sure why they'd bother contacting me in the first place if they didn't plan on following up. Customer service is lacking. I can't imagine contacting them for an actual problem and receiving this service. For my next robot vacuum purchase, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Tengo lastimada la espalda baja desde hace años y no puedo trapear xq termino en cama por dos días tomando desinflamantes y decidí comprar un robot q me ayudara con la tarea y pensé q si ya iba a hacer el gasto q fuera el más completo así q me decidí x este y debo decir q esto más q fascinada. La primera vez q lo probamos, mi esposo barrió y trapo la planta baja de la casa y después pusimos al robot, pues nos quedamos asombrados de q en el contenedor de basura, había polvo y basuritas y como lo grabé de cerca pude ver como aspiraba polvo debajo de los muebles, así que desde entonces no trapeamos ni baremos y mi casa siempre limpia! Definitivamente lo recomiendo!!

Servicio de clientes es un desastre. No EXISTE en uncentro de reparacion en Mexico, ni tel en Mexico que funciona, ni servicio de clientes. Despues de meses intentando de localizar alguien, solo fue viable por correo a su centro en "quien sabe donde". Dejo de funcionar el robot despues de 6 meses y no lo reemplazan ni den una solución de reparacion. Ofrecieron muy poquito dinero como compensación. PESIMO. Ten cuidado comprar esta marca porque si te sale mal no hay guarantias despues de 30 dias....chino total!

Machine does not work properly and Amazon is not processing refund. The manufacturer is not being helpful at all. Do not recommend as it not worth the purchase. Paid so much money and did not even last a year.

I bought it after reach and after half year usage, i found it cannot recognize cabke and string well. Always stuck with strings and cable and knock ghe mop pads off
