This product helped curb my cravings and was easy to take. I have no complaints about the taste. I did not experience any negative side effects. I was nervous to take it consistently though due to the strength.

The tricky part to this is remembering to use the product. Maybe it works, but I keep forgetting to use it. I used it sometimes, but that is not helpful. I will check if others had success. I will provide an update. My point is - Don't buy a product that you are not committed to using.
