Wish I had known of this B1 long before now. This is a great product. Clean, great value and easy to swallow. Very small capsules. I however, open them up and put it in my smoothie. Dr. D. Schmidt did a video about this single vitamin and why. Well, I have seen/felt a difference immediately after adding this into my regiment. I do not use vitamins at all. I take collagen powder in my smoothie and that's it. I have since added a B Complex sublingual because it was suggested. B1 isn't even in that. So it compliments. Biggest notice is neuropathy. Overall better feeling. 100 mg is a recommended dose. This is 70 mg. As a maintenance dose, it was suggested to do 250 mg a day. I have been using 5 capsules - 350 mg. I have only been taking a couple weeks. It is also noted that you must decide for yourself what feels right. Water soluble, HCI is better absorbed (so they say) and I find this easy to use. B1 as with B vitamins, people notice energy increase. I can't say that, but my mental focus and cervical neck/nerve pain has greatly improved. This was also said to be something to take all the time. Foods /Herbs like Dandelion may contain B1 but not in the levels that are needed to combat emfs, stress, pain, injuries etc

It's a good product. The reason for 4 stars is that I have alpha gal from a tick bite and the capsules are made with bovine gelatin, a mammalian food product that will trigger an allergic reaction and in some people even anaphylactic shock. Unfortunately I can no longer use this supplement.

Trying this supplement on my husband for heart health, mental clarity & overall increased energy. So far it seems to be making a noticeable difference. Better memory recall, less tingling in the leg nerves & definitely energy increase through the day. It’s a smaller size pill that easy to swallow. Excellent price for product. Worth a try.

This is a great B1 because the capsules are tiny and there are no fillers. Each capsule is only 70 mg, so I take 2 a day. It helps with energy.
