Does what it says it does. Keeps you hydrated, somehow, when you have not been hydrating. You are supposed to take at night and then get on with your day the next morning...remember, you must get up in the morning for it to work, sleeping in causes it not to work for some reason.

I always take this with me when traveling and at home. I definitely feel like this helps you wake up less tired and more refreshed. I notice a difference when I forget to take it.
