I am extremely impressed with the Dupray Neat Plus Steam Cleaner! It has completely transformed the way I clean my home. This is the one! It is especially PERFECT if you have little ones crawling and playing on the floor. Including carpet! If you have carpets and think that only vacuuming is doing the job, it’s not. I used to think that vacuuming daily was enough until I used this directly afterwards on my carpets and rugs. The difference was honestly shocking. What Vacuuming Misses (and This Doesn’t) Even with regular vacuuming, carpets hold onto embedded dirt, oils, odors, bacteria, and who knows what else, especially if you have kids, toddlers, or pets. This steam cleaner deodorizes, sanitizes, and refreshes the entire carpet. You can literally feel the difference under your feet after using it. After steaming, they smelled fresher and actually looked brighter. It’s like hitting reset on your floors. ***Important Tip (Don’t Skip This)*** If you didn’t already know.. Not all carpets and rugs are safe for steam cleaning. Always check Dupray’s guidelines and your carpet material first. Some delicate fibers or backings can be damaged by heat and moisture. Used correctly, though, this thing is incredible. Plus it is just great on all kinds of floors. What sets this apart is how easy and well it cleans everything. It is so versatile and will save you so much time, especially when cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Great for fabric items like your couches and mattresses! This will save you a ton of money by sanitizing without a bunch of cleaning products and chemicals. No sprays, no residues, just high-temperature steam that sanitizes and deodorizes naturally. I’ve had mine for over a year and a half, it still works like new, and the attachments have held up great. Only Con It’s a little bulky to carry around, and I really wish it came with the new storage/carry bag, especially if you plan to use it outside your home. I help clean my grandparents church for them and it is a bit much haul around. It can be also be a little tricky to store. So the bag would be a great addition for me at some point. But despite the bag, it is still worth the extra effort. I can’t imagine not refreshing my rugs and carpets a few times a month now. Or sooner if there’s an accident or someone is in my house with their shoes on. Everything smells and feels so much cleaner!

I love , love ,love my Dupray steamer. I’m a fast person, but you have to be slow when steaming. Not that it doesn’t produce endless amounts of piping hot steam, it’s for the sanitizing part. It will clean your grout ,but you need to be slow and steady. I sanitized my mattresses ,cleaned out the dirt in the trackings of my sliding glass doors, my patio windows, my car seats and car tires.. endless possibility of uses ! I use distilled water (as directed) a gallon goes a long way. I never have to wait for steam with expectation of it to heat up at first (which is quick)The cord wraps up very nicely underneath, but I use mine too much. So I use a Velcro strap to wrap up the cord. The cute box moves around nicely on my granite floors . I couldn’t phantom spending the money on the cool case. I bought a mid size Tupperware bin to throw all the attachments and towels in. The customer service of Dupray is first class. I had issues with my first steamer and they FedEx me a brand new one. I even lost the cap (yes I use it a lot) even though you don’t need the cap , the Dupray customer service is sending me a new one free of charge with exception of shipping. It’s not their fault I lost the cap. If you are a cleanaholic , treat yourself. Make sure you buy distilled water before your steamer arrives so you don’t have to wait to play with it!

Bought this steamer to replace an old McCulloch MC1275 that quit working after about ten years of reliable service. The variety/type of attachments are similar, but the Neat+ is more compact, lighter, and heats up much faster. They both seemed to use the same amount of distilled water, but the Neat+ can be filled while on and filled faster. The old unit had a copper threaded cap that took a while to unscrew/screw and the nozzle holder would get in the way of my hand. However, the nozzle holder was a nice feature and I could wrap the electrical cord around my elbow and loop it over the holder. The Neat+ minimalist design is sleeker, but it doesn't have a nozzle holder and the electrical cord gets wound up underneath the unit, which is kind of a pain. The trigger lock is easier to engage, but the handle could use gripping instead of being smooth, but this isn't a big deal. The floor pad is similar in material, but it's about 2" narrower than the old steamer's. While it pivots left/right, it doesn't pivot up/down like the McCulloch, which is mainly why I didn't give it five stars. I use it to clean the tiled walls in a shower enclosure, but since the Neat+ floor pad head doesn't pivot up/down, it's harder to maintain firm contact with the walls when attacking them at an angle. Customer service recommended using the triangular brush, but due to its smaller size, it'd take too long to complete the job. In closing, it's a solid unit and since it heats up much faster and puts out more steam, I'm glad that I switched to it. If the floor pad head could pivot up/down and a better mechanism for holding the electrical cord/hose was incorporated than it'd get five stars.

I love this steamer and would absolutely recommend it, especially for deep cleaning. It cleans so many things well: stove, sinks, bathrooms, window tracks, screens, shoes, oven interiors, pet items, car mats, and all kinds of other random things around the house. It is especially great on window screens, and it makes white soles on shoes look white again. That said, this is not something I casually pull out for a tiny daily task. It is a whole thing. I tend to do a “steamer day” every couple of weeks and drag it around the house from job to job. You will want a lot of cloths ready because the process is basically steam, wipe, repeat. A few favorite details: I love that you can fill it while it’s still hot, the integrated funnel is helpful, and the bonnet attachment is my favorite. I wish I had a bunch of those (If you can buy extra do so). The attachments are useful, although the little brush heads do get misshapen pretty quickly if you use them hard, so plan to replace those here and there. My only real complaint is the cord wrap on the bottom. I cannot understand that design choice. It makes no sense to me. I also bought the storage bag and I’m torn on it. It does hold everything, but it’s big and boxy, and once everything is packed away it feels like more of a chore to get it back out. Overall, this is an excellent deep cleaning tool. I haven’t had amazing results on upholstery, but for windows, screens, tracks, kitchens, bathrooms (showers!), pet stuff, tile grout, and general deep cleaning, it’s worth it. I just wish it were somehow built into my house with a retractable hose in every room. One thing to note - the handle where you hold your wand or attachment does get very hot after extended use. Part way into my steamer day I end up wrapping a rag around it or using an oven mit.

This machine is the best steam cleaner I’ve ever owned. The amount of water it holds is amazing and the steam output heats very quickly. The attachments and extra scrubbers have come in handy for those hard to reach areas and those areas needing extra scrub. I’m really impressed with this steamer and can’t say enough positive things about it!

It stopped steaming after less than 10 uses and about 4 months. Pretty bummed since when it did work, it cleaned phenomenally and made the overall process much faster. I'm contacting them to see if they can replace, if they can I have no problem updating this review Update: they're sending me a replacement - will update this rating once the process is finished. Update 2: they sent me a replacement that works great! Hopefully I don’t have to update this review again

I love cleaning with this but have to say that the design is terrible especially for parents! My toddler is fascinated with anything I am doing. I was cleaning and had to stop to get my crying baby, when I caught my toddler trying to put things in it. Thankfully I stopped him. However, a month later I had the same problem only this time I wasn’t able to stop him a he peed in my machine. There is no lock on the cap of machine and can easily be removed by any age person. He is 2 and doesn’t fully understand the problem he is causing. I feel like this is a dangerous liability!

This is not a perfect product, however, it comes pretty close. ❤️ I find that the claims made by the company are true with couple of small exceptions. I have seen some reviews going over these "issues" so I would like to address it first. 1. The steamer is spraying water instead of steam. That seem to happen when the unit takes a bit longer to heat up. To remedy that I just give some extra time for the unit yo heat up. When the power button turns green to indicate the unit is ready, but you get some water, just let it heat up for a minute or two. Alternatively, let the water spray out and the steam will come. I find it to be a little inconvenient, however, not a huge deal. 2. Some reviewers complained about the cleaning power, however, I do not find this to be accurate. If you have heavily dirty or stained items, it may take going over the area multiple times to get it fully clean. For example, the dog bed got pretty dirty when I was recovering from surgery. Note that I have multiple dogs, so the bed was black in places instead of medium grey. I used the rectangular brush with the cloth cover to go over the bed for quite a while. If the bed dried and there was still staining, I did it again. After about 3 cleanings, the dog bed looked the same as the day I got it. I was absolutely impressed. Overall, it is a phenomenal product! It is not magic, however, its cleaning power is absolutely worth it. There is no need to scrub or press very hard, it takes patience and going over heavily soiled areas. My ultimate test was cleaning when one of my foster dogs had an accident on my light carpet. The steamer took the stain and any scent out. If there was any scent left the dogs would have been drown to it, which was not the case. Tip when cleaning the carpet: put some paper towels under the stain and you can clean the carpet right through. 😉 LOVE IT! I used the steamer to clean anything from walls, couches, bathroom, to stove. It is my go to cleaning tool now. To get some extra cleaning bust you may spray some cleaning product on the surface before steaming. Also, using the brush attachments works when the steam alone is not sufficient. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have pets as you can use the steam to sanitize items or enclosures.

I've used this for a few months for about seven cleaning projects and it works great. Heats up very fast. The accessories are good. The only think I don't like and that is the cheap plastic feel of the steam cap on the boiler. This model does not need a steam cap on the boiler since when you pour water into it, that water goes into a sealed system so without or without the cap it works fine. The cap is just a spill-over preventative. But, when you are used to a heavier steam cap on steam boilers, the feel of this one is just off and I really don't like it, it is a very cheap plastic plug that does not screw in and I may 3D print a heavier one just for the tactile experience. The manufacturer should have really thought about the tactile feel of a real boiler cap when making this model. The cap experience really cheapens this otherwise good steamer. I am not sure of the longevity of the model given the internal components that keep it pressurized are likely going to be effected by hard-water deposits. The pressure is very good though and I use it in the house but also for engine bay and other detailing work. For detailing work, however, this one is made is less than ideal compared to the ones that look like "pressure washers" and I regret buying it for that reason, it's home is not in the garage despite the really good pressure. The cord storage also kind of sucks on this one as you have to turn it upside down just to store the cord. To me anyway, this model is one I don't want to use too often and find myself using a cheaper "pressure washer" style one that I was going to replace with this one. Overall, this one is far more form over function for my garage use. Finally, this one is uncleanable if you don't use distilled water, scale buildup is quick in the tiny steam chamber.

Used the mop and the metal bristle attachments which the metal one on grout worked fantastic. Just make sure you seal your grout afterwards I do find the small metal bristle attachments wear out fast when using - I did the grout on my kitchen floor and the wired bristle attachments was pretty beat up after I wish it came with a bag or something for all the accessories I haven't tried some of the other attachments Expensive but works well. I like that you can continuously pour water into the machine and it stays hot so you can tackle larger projects around the house

So effective. We clean and sanitize everything with this. Bathroom, kitchen, mattresses, windows, floor, oven, appliances, upholstery, any and everything. A true clean with no chemicals. I highly recommend it. Definitely get the higher model where you don’t have to let it cool to refill the water tank. It’s not a problem for me as the full tank lasts a decent amount of time but if you want to go on a long cleaning spree you would appreciate that feature.
