I bought this for a trip to Switzerland as a packable day pack. I love the front pocket for grabbing quick items. It has comfortable straps, sturdy zippers, and I think it’s cute. I use it for hiking, shopping, now for work, etc.

Great backpack! Functional and not too big. I like just having one large pocket with a laptop sleeve pocket inside, cuts down time hunting through multiple compartments. The purple flowers are beautiful. My daughter's had her Jansport all through middle school and going into high school with it and it still looks brand new. She isn't precious with her stuff either. I was so impressed with the quality after getting it to replace an L.L. Bean and then a Samsonite backpack and this is our final stop. Jansport all the way. I especially like that the side pocket holds mybig metal 26oz Yeti water bottle.I'm already planning on being a repeat customer once my son's bag wears out (again). So refreshing to see a quality product.

This was not the best quality we have other Jan sport backpacks that are a better quality.

My daughter loves this backpack for school and it looks very nice. It is made of robust and water resistant materials which is holding up well after the first month. The zippers seems high quality which is important as they are often the first things to deteriorate. It is very light weight which my daughter likes but that leads to my main concern - the lack of padding and protection for her laptop. When we received the backpack I initially thought I had been sent the wrong one, since it was bundled so small… it seemed like just a canvas bag. Once open I could see a thin layer of foam inside but not enough to provide reasonable protection when the backpack is put down. It will protect from scratches but not bumps or drop or flexing against other items in the backpack… therefore use with great care. I am purchasing some medium density foam to put at the bottom of the backpack so that when the backpack is put down the laptop doesn’t clunk on the floor.

I forgot how good these backpacks are. I almost bought a cheap one and I'm so glad I didn't! This is very durable and I have no doubt will last a very long time.

I bought this for college. It fits my 16 inch computer and all my notebooks. I like it because it’s not too big but not too small. Plus it has the water bottle pocket which is very useful.
