The designs were great for an 8 yr. old with clear instructions to follow....keeps them happily occupied. However, origami paper was not included though it was mentioned as included.

Good Starter Book
Kept some of the kids interested during rainy days. Too complicated for me as an un-artistic adult. Good starter option if you're looking to do some origami.

Easy for young kids. Needs more paper color options.
This is a fun little activity book for kids. My kids aged 5, 7, and 10 can all use it. We were bummed that there were only 2 colors of paper included- bright pink and a dark army green. The illustrations all show beautiful colored paper that matches the thing being made (like red paper for the ladybug), but neither of the colors provided really “fits” for many of the designs. Would be perfect with more colors of paper.
