Insanely good, especially for concerts.
I'll admit, at first I was incredibly dubious about such expensive ear plugs. Having previously only used cheap, disposable ones, I questioned if these were really worth the money. Nevertheless, I took a chance, and I'm very glad I did. The loop earplugs are presented in a nice and clean carry case, with the box containing different sized plug covers to suit various ear sizes. Medium, the size already equipped, was perfect for me. The carry case itself is really well made, it has a small loop that can easily be clipped onto a belt with a small carabiner, but the case itself can also sit safely in a pocket. The divot the Loops sit in is also masterfully designed, and will actually hold onto the earplugs, so they're not just floating around inside the box, ready to jump out when you open it. In terms of use, that's where this product really impressed me. I thought there was no possible way it could reduce volume without causing distortion, but somehow it does. I tested these over a two day black metal festival, and not only were they surprisingly comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, but I felt like I was able to actually enjoy the show without feeling like I was missing out on anything. The loops managed to cut out a lot of rumble and background distortion, leaving the music clean and listenable without dampening any of the important parts. In some cases, I actually felt like they made the live music cleaner than it would have sounded without them. They're incredibly easy to use, just pop them in and they're ready to go. After two 10 hour long days of music, I left the venue with my ears feeling exactly as they did before the music started. No muffled hearing, no ringing in my ears, just perfect. It's no surprise that most other people I saw seemed to have the same pair, these earplugs are great. Whilst the price may concern a potential buyer, they're well worth it, and clearly a lot of intelligent engineering has gone into this item.

Everything about them is A*
Used these for the first time at a festival, absolutely brilliant. They take a little bit of getting used to in the way that they 'dampen' certain frequencies a little more than others, but my initial concern (that the music would sound rubbish) was unfounded. These do a really good job of saving your ears from the worst of the high-volume, while music of all varieties still sounded great, including lead vocals and heavy bass. Very easy to adjust by modifying the position slightly in your ear. Extremely comfortable with the standard medium inserts and even look good, to me at least. Never any danger of them falling out of their own accord. The little case is a nice touch. Will likely use these now at every gig and concert.

Game changing ear protection that actually fits real life
Game changing ear protection that actually fits real life (and real style) I honestly didnโt expect to be this impressed. I bought the Loop Experience 2 Earplugs to manage sound levels at events festivals and social settings where I still want to feel the music not disappear from it. These absolutely nailed that balance. The sound reduction is incredibly well engineered harsh noise is softened bass stays warm and present and conversations remain clear. Thereโs no muffled underwater feeling just a cleaner calmer soundscape. Itโs the difference between surviving loud environments and actually enjoying them. Design wise Stunning. They donโt look medical or bulky at all sleek, discreet, and stylish enough to wear confidently at concerts carnivals dinners and even long travel days. Comfort is top tier too; Iโve worn them for hours with zero irritation or pressure. What really sets Loop apart is that this feels like a product made by people who understand modern lifestyles music lovers creatives event goers professionals and anyone protecting their hearing without sacrificing joy. Iโd genuinely recommend these to Live music & festival lovers Event professionals and performers Neurodivergent users or anyone sensitive to sound Travellers and city dwellers Anyone who wants long term hearing health without compromise This is one of those rare purchases that makes you think Why didnโt I get these sooner Outstanding product exceptional experience. ๐๐ฝ

Essential tool for ADHD & Sensory Overload including Great hack for the case issue!
โAs someone living with anxiety, ADHD, and BPD, these have become an essential tool for my daily life. I primarily use them when I start to feel overwhelmed by general background noise. They are particularly a lifesaver because I have young children, and my house can get very, very noisy! They are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and the variety of ear tip sizes makes them versatile for different ear shapes. They are incredibly easy to insert and they stay secure once they are in. !! โThe One Major Flaw: The Case !! โThe only negative I have to say about Loops in general is the carry case. I have owned both generations and both have a very flimsy plastic hoop meant for attaching to your keys. Please do not attach these to your keys. I know with certainty that the band will snap as it has happened to me twice. Since customer service never got back to me regarding this issue, I had to find my own solution. !! โPro Tip for Security !! โTo avoid losing them (again, for me!), I bought a cheap glasses like necklace for about 5.99 for a pack of two here on Amazon, I just searched 'magnetic loop necklace' and I keep them around my neck instead. It is a small investment that has saved me from losing another pair. While I now use the Loop Quiet model for a great night of sleep, this model remains my go to for daytime sanity. Despite the paint eventually rubbing off the loop itself, the quality of the sound filtering is fantastic. They are priceless to me and while there are cheaper versions available, I doubt they reach this level of performance. Highly recommended for anyone with noise sensitivity or sensory issues. 4 stars because of the carry case issue!

Expensive for what they are, but worth it
Luckily, where i work, we're allowed to wear earbuds to listen to music/podcasts etc, but sometimes I just want to listen to nothing. I have adhd and can be a little sensitive to noise when there's too much going on, and since a business wide layout change, I'm now around ALLLLL the noises. I have looked at Loop earplugs so many times, but never committed. I ordered some at lunch one particular day (explained in the rambling 2nd half of this review) turned up that night. One thing I will say, is if, like me, youre too impatient to wait for 2 days when ordering on their website, TRIPLE CHECK which ones you are buying when buying on here, as i don't thiiiink you can return if you open them (on their website you get 100 days to try them) I had the switch, engage, and experience in my basket, saw that the decibel levels were near enough the same for the last two, so just went for the colour i liked (coachella experience) It was only on my Google search after trying them on (nvm the fact i have fallen down the rabbit hole many times before) that I saw that the engage have the acoustic channel that helps with hearing speech, and it's meant to help with the occlusion noise (I haven't noticed occlusion being toooo bad with the experience ones though tbf. At least not yet) They do fit really well, and it's good that they come with the multiple eartips to try. You can then buy replacement sets that come in 4 pairs of your chosen size (which is great that you don't just end up with loads of skates you don't need) The only downside is that they're only available on their website. Also not sure what happens if the acoustic channel in these ends up collecting dust or something. Will have to check and see if there's a way of cleaning that bit, or if that's just a 'by that point, just replace'. I hadn't wanted to buy the switch, as i felt almost ยฃ60 was a little OTT, but here i am now getting ready to also buy the engage (which will then take me over the ยฃ60 anyway ๐คฃ) Id like to say 'we live and learn', but i know i won't do the learn part, and will do something like this again lol. Also, I've seen people say the elastic loop on the case isn't very good. While I can't comment on that, what I CAN say is that while the case itself feels kinda flimsy as its fairly thin plastic, it's actually really sturdy. Tried to get the case out of my bag while walking home the other day, dropped it, watched it bounce 3 times downhill (almost went under a parked car. Would've cried) It stayed shut, the earplugs stayed where they should be (make sure you seat them properly each time) and the case is undamaged. (This next bit is just where I got carried away explaining exactly WHY I bought them, so feel free to skip. I took my meds then made the mistake of sitting down, so I LOCKED TF IN) The main section where I work most is the worst, as next to me there are two lots of tracks pushing plastic boxes in both directions (metal frame with plastic rollers.. The sound can send anyone over the edge after a while lol) Plus, there is usually music coming from a Bluetooth speaker on the other side of rails just down from me, and from another speaker about 20 feet behind me. If you're on either of those sections, you can't hear the music from the other, but when you're stuck in the middle, it's like listening to a beginner dj just learning how to mix.. Get some bangers when they time up well, but when for the majority you get something like 'my heart will go on' mashed with 'I'm blue dabadeedabadaaaaaaa', YOU ARE READY to fight anyone and anyTHING. Now, at least once a day i get stuck on playing one of my own songs on repeat (record at work so far is 'Technologic' for 6 continuous hours) but when i hear 'Golden' at least 20 times a day.... So, so far, my earbuds have saved me. I also get days where I want to, but just can't, even settle on my own music, so I just have the earbuds in playing nothing. Wondered why my old phone kept losing battery so fast (duuuuh, still connected) but then....thursday last week I left them at home.. Arrrrgh Had a slight meltdown around 2 hours into my shift, so asked if we had any earplugs (got an answer 5 days later, and yes we did lol) Have used these on 2 days, but definitely need to try the engage, as though i can be left to my own devices all day, the MINUTE I put something in my ears, it feels like the bat signal goes out and everybody then neeeeeeds to ask me something. Anyhoooo, if you made it all the way to the end, thank you for your time, and I'm sooooo sorry, I did warn about adhd ๐

Perfect for concerts.
I bought these earplugs to wear to a rock concert because I always struggle with ringing ears for days afterwards. Iโm so glad I gave them a try. They were fantastic & fitted perfectly as they come with different sized ear tips. They donโt block out the music completely, which is exactly what I wanted but they take the edge off the volume & stop that uncomfortable feeling of your eardrums vibrating from the noise. The biggest bonus was that I didnโt experience the muffled hearing or temporary deafness that I usually get after concerts. They also looked really cute, my daughter said they looked more like earrings than earplugs! Slightly pricy but can be reused and they come in a compact case to pop in your handbag.

Great
Amazing earphones for gigs. I got these on a whim for a Metallica stadium show and now wish i got them years ago. They shaved off all the damaging volume but still gave a full range of sound, unlike cheap foam earplugs which dull the noise. I could also still talk to my friend next to me during the gig without taking them out. Came with multiple size ear tips and a handly little pocket carrier. Great value and fast delivery also.

Useful for sensory difficulties though perhaps overpriced
I used to have a pair of Quiets which I unfortunately lost. But I didn't wear them much because they created a vacuum seal in my ear which made one of my ears ring. I decided to look at the experience or the engage instead as they have a filter, and have found that these are more comfortable and don't cause the vacuum issues. I went with the experience over the engage as they had a very slightly higher noise reduction rating, and I have ASD so I'm very sensitive. I was also interested to try them at the cinema, I haven't been in years as I find it too loud, and I'm less concerned with talking to people. I have found these good so far, they make things more tolerable and stop me from getting overwhelmed. They are more difficult to clean than the Quiets, as they have a filter, you can't just run them under soapy water. I use tissues to wipe them instead. I mostly like the way they look, I got the pink ones so they're subtle. They are quite expensive though, so they could have a better quality finish for the price. Near the tips the shine is quite lumpy and not smooth.

Great for motorcycle helmet use without blocking everything out
Great for motorcycle helmet use without blocking everything out I purchased these Loop Experience 2 ear plugs specifically to wear under my motorcycle helmet on long trips, and they worked very well for that purpose. These are not a total block-out style ear plug, which is exactly what I wanted. The 17 dB reduction helped cut down the wind and road noise without making me feel disconnected from everything around me. I was still able to hear my helmet communications and surrounding sounds, just at a more comfortable level. I tried a couple of other ear plug styles before these, and the Loop Experience 2 fit my ears the best without causing pressure or ear aches. That matters a lot when wearing them under a helmet for extended periods. Fitment is important. They do need to seal properly to work the way they should. I actually had to use two different size tips, one for each ear, to get the best fit and performance. Since they include several tip options, I was able to get them dialed in pretty well. I never thought I would pay around $40 for such a tiny item, but after wearing them comfortably for up to about 3 hours at a time on a long motorcycle trip, my ears thanked me. Overall, these worked great for motorcycle riding, especially if you want to reduce noise without completely blocking out your helmet comms or surroundings.

Can't ride without these now.
Reviewing after a year. I can't ride without these now , blocks out wind, tyre, road and and heavy vehicle noise - but horns are audible. Comfortable on ears. Can wash. Don't feel the motorcycle high revs noise anymore so can rev it higher without irritation. Feel less fatigue. So much better then the foam plugs. Bit pricey but worth it. All riders should get a pair.

10/10 would recommend
Helped my ears survive days 0-3 of EDC LV. Didn't experience any ringing in my ears at the end of each day, pretty comfortable since you can change the size of the bit that goes in your ear.
