Does one develop a tolerance for this?

The short answer is yes. The thing to do is try to take it only when needed because it's not something you can do a double dose of to get the same effect after you've built a tolerance. For me, it takes about a week of no use to be back at the threshold of noticing an impact that's worthwhile -- but that's only if I'm taking it twice daily 7 days per week. If you can only use 3-5 times a week instead of daily you won't hit that tolerance as quickly. But as I mentioned, yes you can develop a tolerance. There are ways to maximize with other nootropics but it also helps to just cut it out for a week or so to get back below the threshold.

I do not see if the product is nongmo, soy, yeast, gluten free?

I am confused on the dosing. it says 1/4 teaspoon = 600mg. however, does that mean 300mg alpha-gpc + 300mg silicon dioxide or 600mg alpha-gpc only?

Kenneth is wrong. The label clearly says Serving Size = 600 mg. In each serving, the ingredients are 300 mg Alpha GPC - aka Choline and 300 mg Silicone Dioxide That is right on the label.

If this is 50% alpha gpc what is the other 50%?

Thanks for your question. The other 50% is silicon dioxide which is included to keep the Alpha GPC from taking on moisture and evaporating. Alpha GPC is extremely unstable and readily absorbs moisture form the air, but a 50% mix of Alpha GPC and silicon dioxide prevents this from happening. If you have a pouch of 99% Alpha GPC you would need to use the full amount after you open it as it will start to degrade immediately upon being exposed to the air.
