Why did you pick this product vs others?:This worked great for me, as I am a serious head bobber on an airplane and this holds your head in place. I give it four stars because the preparation process to get it ready to use is involved. People stare as you are doing it, so you have to be prepared to ignore the stares and do your thing, knowing that the end result will be some quality sleep on an aircraft, which is hard to come by, especially in economy. I used it for a long flight over "the pond".Design:The design worked great for me.

Love it. Beware, it doesn’t work for some flights where the headrest is tapered, like on smaller planes. But i’m not sure if anything exists that would work in those situations, so i dont hold it against this.

Took a lot of fiddling to make everything fit the first few times, which other passengers thankfully tolerated on my first flight at least.Once fitted however, this is great to keep my head bobbing around (and prevented neck pain). Feel well rested and good after sleeping using this product while travelling.I do find the fiddling aspect inconvenient, and think an alternative to the current strap design would be more user friendly for quick set up and use.

It is great. I love my new pillow. it is the best investment for me.

It seemed like a good idea, but this thing did not work for me. The straps didn't fit around the seat, and the straps didn't fit on the headrest of the seat. The sleep mask then didn't fit around my XL hat sized head. I bought this to use on an A380 and an A330. Although I was past the return window when I discovered this, the vendor was very good and reached out and gave me a refund and asked for details. I'm glad they care!

I got a couple of these for my son and I for a 5hr red-eye flight. He has trouble sleeping on planes, and once we had these on we slept the whole flight. I was asleep from before take-off to landing. No sore necks. Goes on most airline seats in about 10 seconds. I had another brand prior to this that you have to wrap tightly around your neck, which never feels great, but this one was better and cheaper.

First try at home, it took an easy 4 min to set up, but then it actually worked.I’m likely to return it, as in the plane you don’t really get to spend 4 min for a headrest and take another 2-3 min to take it down and pack.
