It’s also vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly, which makes it an easy fit for a wide range of lifestyles.The taste is also great in my opinion, especially considering the price point. I’ve gone through multiple boxes at this point, and my household basically keeps these on repeat order because we go through them so often. The watermelon is our go to.We use these all the time especially in the summer when I’m working out or spending long days outside in the heat. They’re also a lifesaver if I’ve had a long night out and need something to help rehydrate and feel normal again the next day. Not a hangover cure but definitely helpful!Some premium brands might offer a slightly better flavor, but it’s honestly not even close to worth paying two or three times the price. I am a long time marathon runner and bodybuilder, I train every single day, and I’ve used just about every brand of hydration packet. LMNT was my favorite in terms of ingredients / taste — after discovering these I have failed to look back as these are 1/3 the price of LMNT and taste very similar. They have less flavor offerings but that’s okay.5/5 ⭐️

I am a Liquid IV fan, but don't care for the sugar free flavors. The taste of Venture Pal is subtle and not Kool-Aid tasting which is great. They are a little on the salty side but they seem to work well.

I was looking for a high-sodium, sugar-free option to help support hydration, and these have fit the bill nicely without the premium price tag.I like that they're sweetened with stevia and erythritol rather than sugar, and the individual packets are incredibly convenient. I keep a few in my work bag for everyday use and also bring them along on hikes or other outdoor activities when I know I'll need extra hydration support.As expected with a high-sodium electrolyte mix, these do taste fairly salty, but not in an unpleasant way. Most of the flavors were quite good, although a few had a slightly artificial aftertaste that reminded me a bit of flavored lip gloss. Even so, it wasn't strong enough to keep me from drinking them or purchasing them again.For anyone who needs additional hydration support, especially those managing conditions that can make staying hydrated more challenging, these are a budget-friendly option worth considering. Overall, I think they offer a great balance of ingredients, convenience, and value, and I'll likely continue to keep them on hand.

I’ve been using these electrolyte packets to stay hydrated, especially after workouts and on busy days. They dissolve quickly, taste great without being overly sweet, and contain no sugar. These packets work and are effective at hydration and the price point is good. However the flavor and taste is A LOT…I’ve tried every flavor in the variety pack and not liked a single one. They say it’s “natural flavors” but it tastes like they were turned up to 100, like huffing an jello packet. Even the smell is overpowering.The sweetness tastes off as well because of the stevia. It is overpowering too and there is not enough citric acid to balance that out.I’ve been looking for a new electrolyte packet after realizing my go to formula had extra b vitamins which my body can’t metabolize well. But even at the appealing price point, I guess this one won’t work for me either.

These are really good. They’re the only ones that I like. I don’t like the taste of salt, but these are pleasant tasting. Plus they’re cheaper than most others.
