This Works!
These magnesium drops have transformed my sleep. I keep them by the bed and take just before I go to sleep and whereas I used to wake several times during the night, most nights now I am sleeping through. The only slightly annoying thing is that the dropper will only withdraw 0.5ml at a time so you have to repeat the process 4 times to achieve the recommended dosage of 2ml. As a bonus, the product does actually taste quite nice!

One serving seems to contain 10,000IU of vitamin D, which is extremely high!
I just realised that the serving contains 250mcg of Vitamin D. This is equal to 10,000IU, which can be toxic if taken regularly. This is not stated on Amazon site, even though it is very important. Could this be explained to me please?

Misleading labelling – not suitable for anxiety sufferers
I am leaving this review to help others make an informed decision. The front label highlights “1000mg magnesium”, however the supplement facts show this equates to only 140mg elemental magnesium, alongside several additional high-dose vitamins that are not clearly highlighted on the front of the packaging. For people who are sensitive, or who experience anxiety or mental health difficulties, these additional ingredients may not be suitable. I would strongly advise reading the full label carefully before purchasing. I found the presentation misleading and wish this had been clearer before buying.

It works, totally recommend.
My daughter has asd and we've been struggling with sleep since before Christmas. So after reading good reviews, decided to purchase. And it works, gave the 2ml and she settled in her own bed and slept without incident for 9 hours. I don't really want to go down the melatonin route as yet, but this is a fantastic product and I totally recommend.
