don't leave on rest of hair but about 2 minute and then add a small amount of water
i have been using for about 2 years. fades immediately with flat iron. still the best home hair color. hair shines. i have light brown/blond hair and perfect match as long as i don't leave it on my hair too long. covers grays in 45 minutes. 2 min. rest of hair including application period and best to add some water to hair while head is in the sink before your begin to rinse or your hair will be black. Hair has natural looking highlights as long as you don't leave it on too long. Rinse wash and use conditioner for colored hair.

Love this product. I get 6NN and it really looks medium brown. The 7N is much too dark of a brown. Fades a little over time.

bad delivery
great product, was deliver to my NEIGHBOR not to my door I found it later today and my neighbors are NOT home so it could have been there a long time. DRIVERS need to be careful to see the sidewalk related to the house numbers on the garage are not SEPARATED by grass

Check your tubes!
I love this color. It covers my gray very well. However every time I receive it the product is squished. Maybe Age Beautiful should rethink their containers. I always like to have two tubes on hand. I have very thick hair. This time it saved me because the tube had a hole in it and my color was already thick and brown. I had to throw it out and thankfully I had a spare. Next time I will examine my tube before putting it away. I'm sad it was wasted though along with my money.

Wrong color
The dye itself is very effective. The coverage is good, it mixes well. However I don't know if the wrong color was sent, but this turned out more like a 4 than 6N. I'm annoyed because now my colors are different. I've been using this color 6N but this isn't the color. I also only left it on for 25 minutes.If you are ordering, you might need to go up a few shades.

I wish I have tried this brand long time ago , I would have saved a lot of money and a lot of hair damage . It is very good 100% gray coverage indeed, color is 100% as expected - in case you know what you are doing- and obviously it has not dried my hair or scalp. Highly recommend. Do not forget to pick the double N for gray hair coverage .
