If I could give this 100 stars I would. I have severe migraines and occipital neuralgia with headaches, neck and shoulder tightness everyday. I just ordered another for my office. It has helped my pain SO much and the heat feature is so nice. It’s creepy how real this feels. As someone who gets massages regularly this this is amazing. SO worth the money and is a great value.

As someone who knows what a good shoulder massage feels like and has been lucky enough to receive quite a few massages, I can say this machine comes remarkably close to the real thing. What I also like about this massager is that it has three massage modes. Modes 2 and 3 are the real standouts. They replicate a more human rhythm by building in natural pauses before resuming, which makes the experience feel less mechanical and more like actual hands at work. Mode 1, however, is noticeably more intense. For anyone dealing with a stiff or sensitive neck, starting there could feel too painful. I'd recommend easing in with Mode 2 first. The speed is fully adjustable, which is a welcome feature. Personally, I prefer the slower setting, as it feels more relaxing and controlled. That said, a word of caution, using higher speeds for extended periods may cause skin irritation or even a mild burn, so it is wise to take breaks and monitor how your skin responds during longer sessions. The heat function is a thoughtful addition, available in two levels, low and high. You can choose using the heat or just turn it off. For me, this massager is a good health investment. Just start slow and respect your body’s limits. If it feels too tense and painful, change to mode 2 or 3. I hope this massager can last long.

This product gave me maximum relief when I needed it...I was in so much pain from.my neck to shoulder due to other conditions it's a life saver. I have to admit if you are going to use this in an open office space it will draw attention. Not load but it will be noticeable with low audible still very efficient. You will need a plug adapter as it does not come with that piece but I love it and felt immediate relief. #Love it

This was not intuitive coming out of the box--the straps that go around your arms are sewn on in an odd position (ultimately I ended up not even needing to use them), there is a belt that isn't shown in the diagrams in the manual so I didn't know which side the belt should be on, or how to put it on! Fortunately, I saw others reviewers had the same issue but were happy once they figured it out-- about 10 minutes of frustration later, I finally think I have it on correctly and boy is this thing strong!! 🤯 I really like that it is portable so I can wear it while doing other chores (rather than being tethered to one spot). It only runs for 10 minutes but honestly, it's so strong you probably want to take a break between massages! It can run fast or slow, but I like the slow better because it feels deeper on my muscles. It turns on with slow speed and high heat, and then you can adjust those settings as needed. Honestly it was so hot I turned the heat off completely during my first wear, and I usually like heat! 😅 It came with the USBC cable but it didn't come with the wall plug, so I have to provide my own brick for it. It had to charge before first use (which is fine but I really like when I can just use things straight away out of the box). This is definitely a niche item (for years I've just used a handheld massager but that puts stress on my hands!) that I'm grateful to have found! I think it'll help a lot with my tension and stress buildup in my neck and shoulders, and now that I've figured out how to wear it, I feel really good about it! I think a lot of people probably get frustrated and return it because they can figure out how to put it on correctly 😅🙏💕 Tldr; take the time to get it positioned correctly and it is worth the investment! Maybe they will release one with a longer battery life next? Also, maybe make a video showing how to put this on, to save stress on future customers?

Finally a massager that actually gets that knot at the base of the neck! It does what others can’t and feels a lot more like a true “kneading” than those awful spinning shiatsu machines. While it is not a replacement for a person, it’s the closest I’ve found. You can adjust your intensity by pulling gently on the loops, slow down or speed up with a button, and with a little creativity you can use it on different areas of your body. There isn’t a vibration setting, but the heat is a comfortable temperature. It does have a timer to prevent overdoing it- but I just turn it back on. I could see it being a little too intense if you have a wider neck due to the fit. The materials feel sturdy. It was absolutely worth the price. I’m buying another to gift my mom.
