This shorataki rice is healthy and good alternative for rice. No added smell and is a great way to stop eating carbs

THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING it not the real thing but it is very close and lets face it it can’t be perfect if it is just not the same thing… So keep your expectations realistic and is beyond good THE BUT IS THAT IS TOO EXPENSIVE THUS IS WHY A 4 and not a 5 star product for me. Honestly the portions are off!!! It’s supposed to be 3 per package but a good eater can breeze through the 3 portions and go for 3 more… IF THEY WERE MORE AFFORDABLE I CAN SEE MANY MORE PEOPLE LOVING THEM

I saw the good reviews and thought I'd give these lower carb noodles a try. I've had the slimy, smelly shirataki noodles before that come in the wet pouch. They are OK once you rinse them really well - but that's about it. These were shockingly good. They are boiled for about 12-15 minutes for a nice, al dente noodle. I had them with some Rao's sauce and it was excellent. They are also very filling.

I have tried everything and usually satisfy my pasta cravings with regular shirataki noodles. They aren't the same texturally or taste wise but I just deal with it. This dried Liviva pasta has some tapioca flour and oat fiber along with the kinjac flour, which adds a few carbs per serving but not much. Texture is perfect and will reorder these. Served spaghetti shape with Italian pasta sauce and Parmesan. Looking forward to trying other recipes. Highly recommend.

These are the best low carb noodles we've ever tried! They don't have a strong flavor of their own, so don't overpower whatever sauce you're using. Consistency is a little tougher than regular noodles, but not so much as to be detrimental. The rice is a nice alternative to riced cauliflower. This is the first company we've seen that have a rice option. Very nice!

This review is for the Liviva "Dried Shirataki Pasta and Rice Trial Pack". This trial pack is made up of 3 display boxes of shiritaki product that are bagged together in cellophane. Each box has the dried noodle/rice bagged within and they must be boiled to be used. There was no indication on the box where they were made but there is a best by date of Feb 1 2027, so these are good for about 2 1/2 years from when I received them. I'm used to seeing these type of noodles in the stores bagged in water and ready to be used so having them dry was a bit of a change. I tried the spaghetti, which says to boil for 15 minutes, so I treated it like pasta and boiled in water for the appropriate time. At the 15 minute mark, it was VERY chewy and since it was boiled in water, had no flavor of its own. Tossed in sauce, nothing stuck to it, so I'd have to say these should have been cooked fully or at least finished in the sauce. They should also have been cooked longer than the directions stated, but that's personal preference. The serving size seems small, at 3 servings per box, but I was stuffed after eating half the package. There was some internal discomfort afterwards but nothing too terrible. Overall, these were nice to try but it's not really a savings over the ready to use individual packages.

All 3 are great, would definitely buy again. You can’t even taste the difference from regular pasta/rice/noodles. They are pretty pricey and I was disappointed in the portion size as the box is deceiving. I wish they would lower the price or give larger portions. I am not a big eater so each box gave me 2 regular size meals. Will be buying them again!

I was skeptical about shirataki noodles, but this trial pack was a pleasant surprise. The spaghetti and noodles have a good texture and don't have that strong "fishy" smell some brands have. The instant rice is a bit bland on its own, but it's perfect for stir-fries. I'll definitely be ordering more!

Listen, I've tried so many low carb noodles, and none of them come as close to the real thing as these do! I cooked them for the instructed time of 15 minutes and they were perfect aldente. Firm with just a bit of a bite in the middle. I rinsed them off and I added sauce and they were excellent! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a low carb noodle.
