First off, Excellent customer service! Second, this mounting kit is made exceptionally well! The quality of the metal and functionality are much better than those of any other brand I have tried. The arms are held up with a built-in piston, which is made very well and can hold up my LG 45-inch monitor with ease. The assembly is very easy and works well with my wooden desk. about 1 inch thick. Pros: Well made, ease of use, easy to assemble, feels durable, and works very well with heavier monitors and smaller ones for sure! Easy Mountability! Has a long length that extends far out and has an excellent range of motion. Whatever angle you want, you can set it. Cons: Not many, takes about 20 minutes to assemble for the average person. Costs slightly more than most competitors, but worth the money!! Overall, I highly recommend this company and this product! Their customer service has been the best I have dealt with in a very long time, period. I had purchased the wrong kit for my second monitor, and they were understanding and fast at responding! I received the second product at no cost and got to keep the original! 10/10

I received the stand in a timely fashion. As I recall it was overnight. I had ordered one earlier too, but left them in a box for a while. I installed them in an hour or so, and put up two monitors. Monitor arm supports are easy to set up, and work beautifully. They are heavy duty, and more than up to the task. There is great freedom of movement for orienting the monitors both horizontally and vertically. I once thing is that there is cable management built into the arms. Great purchase

I like it but adjusting the arm tension did nothing for arm making it hard to move it up and down. Spinning it around is fine because it pivots about an axis but the up and down movement is hard but not impossible to move across a vertically plane. It's a strong arm, no problems for over 4 months of daily use.

I wanted something that could handle my brand-new big curved monitor. I was looking for something substantial. This bad boy is really solid. The pieces fit together snugly - I'm no manufacturing expert but there's no play in the connections. I like that very much. I could understand the instructions - the diagrams really saved me when I wanted the words to say more. I thought the diagrams were excellent. I bought this particular model because it has a channel where I can run USB cables inside; figuring how to make that work took an extra few minutes. I wish the instructions gave me more specifics about how to arrange the cables at the base of the device. All the promised parts were included, including the two different Allen wrenches. I found the assembly process to be really fun, but I like doing this kind of thing. I'm very pleased with the result!

The monitor arm itself is very well made, very solid and moves smoothly; the cable management covers that attach to the arm however... are cheap garbage. I was simply adjusting the position of the mounted monitor (34" widescreen, well below the max weight rating) and the tension on the cables caused the cable management cover on the upper arm to pop off. When I went to put the cover back on, I noticed that all 4 of the tiny L-shaped feet designed to "lock" the cover in position had broken off, rendering it useless. Tried to pull a little slack in the monitor cables and the back cover popped off too, but at least the feet didn't break off. Also had significant amount of trouble getting the monitor attached to the stand (hard to see behind the monitor to align the hooks into the channels). Once it was attached, the vertical angle of the monitor kept drooping downward like there was never enough tension. Tightened the angle adjustment screw to the point that the plastic ring surrounding it shattered and pieces went flying. It was still functional, so I loosened it up, raised the angle ridiculously high, re-tightened the screw and now it seems to be holding in place. Overall an ok monitor arm for large monitors, but expect some difficulty mounting and adjusting the tension to the proper level, particularly if you don't have a second pair of hands to assist. Flimsy cable management covers are definitely a disappointment.

Easy to set up and install on my desk.... It holds my 39in curved monitor with ease. Cable management is ok... Might be better with some longer cables.

A game changer for my gaming setup. It feels very durable, and movement is extremely smooth. No issues holding a 34-inch wide curved monitor. The swivel and tilt features are a big plus. Definitely recommended.

I only just got the arm so cant comment to much on how long it will last but it holds my 49" G9 up no worries and bolts onto my secretlabs desk perfectly
