Bought this having used a very well known brand of cat litter for years, but was fed up of it getting trailed around the house and needing constant changing!The pellets natural odour take a little getting used to initially, but I love that the tray is now so much easier to clean (no scraping of hardened grit) with no sticking to the tray and very little gets brought out on my cats paws.Will definitely continue to use this.

I’ve found the quality of this Fur & Bone litter to be variable. The very first time I purchased it, the pellets were longer and lighter in colour. When sifting and cleaning out my cat’s litter tray, there was only a slight odour.I then moved on to a Pets At Home brand, since I got two damaged bags for free at work. The pellets were darker in colour and the litter tray was absolutely eye-watering. The inside of my nose was singed every time I sorted out the tray. I couldn’t wait to go back to Fur & Bone.I finally ordered my second bag last month and the packaging was different from the first time round. The pellets were also short and dark in colour. Stinky litter box, but not as bad as the Pets At Home brand.It appears to be a lottery with what you’re getting. I’m wish there was consistency in the quality. Regardless, I’ve signed up for a subscription because this litter is adequate right now. At the end of the day, my flat doesn’t stink of litter tray and the cat is happy to go in wood pellets, so that’s the important thing. I can handle the stank when I’m providing janitorial services.
